  The house is located on a plot of 500m2 along the canal in a quiet area on a dead end.

- a room on the floor of 13 m2 with new bedding in 150, a wardrobe and toilet with independent washbasin. A small balcony overlooking the canal, and reversible air conditioning.
-A garage with attached studio and independent of the house reserved for the owner, possible presence during the rental.

Access to the garden side channel is through the living room, the terrace is an area of 15 m2. The interior of the house is non-smoking, please respect it for the well being of the next occupants.
