The apartment offers a sunblind, ideal for enjoying the magnificent terrace at any time of the day!



The apartment is fully equipped, offering 2 beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. The parental suite has its own terrace, to relax in privacy. It has a large living - dining room, leading directly to the terrace, which offers a nice chill out area and an eating area.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !



NB: the swimming pool is closed from 1/11 to 31/03

Large infinity pool and two saunas, where you can relax while enjoying the panoramic views of the sea and the valley.

We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.

Ideal

We love the apartment, location and the area. It is very quite so if thats what you are looking for this is it. In 10 min down the mountain you can be in Elvira beach where you can find supermarkets, restaurants etc, Our son went to camp at the German School which is about a 10 minute walk- up hill so also a great exercise. We did rent a car only because we did a few day trips but you can live without if for a few days - take an uber to the superrmarket, stalk up and then go back to the serenity and peacefullness of the Mairena forest. The grounds were also great and apartment very comfortable, clean with a spectacular view.

Eigentlich superschön….

Die Wohnung ist top, tolle große Terrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick. Es war alles da, was man braucht, auch für Hobbyköche geeignet. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr schöner Pool. Als wir da waren, Anfang Juni, war auch wenig los. Es wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn nich am Abend vor unserer Abreise, als wir von einer anstrengenden Wanderung zurückkamen, das Wasser weggewesen wäre. Jon, der Vermieter, hat sofort auf unsere Nachricht reagiert, konnte aber am Abend nichts mehr ausrichten. Wir haben mit Flaschenwasser Hände und Gemüse gewaschen und Poolwasser geholt, um die Toilette zu spülen und waren noch ganz entspannt. Aber leider war das Wasser bis zu unserer Abreise nicht wieder da, was schon recht anstrengend war und uns den Aufenthalt im Luxus-Appartement etwas vermiest hat. (In Spanien beginnt der Tag 2 bis 3 Stunden später als in Deutschland, obwohl sie die selbe Uhrzeit haben, vor 10 Uhr geht da gar nichts) Wir konnten nicht duschen und auch die Spülmaschine nicht starten oder Geschirr spülen und mussten die Toilette am Pool benutzen (da ging das Wasser!) Schade. Aber wie gesagt, sonst top :-)
