Sleeps 10. This 5 bedroom new, luxury villa with private pool and sea views.Only 500 meters from Coelha beach, which has an excellent beach bar restaurant. One of the few modern builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar villas.Furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Patio doors from all rooms to the garden. Pool surrounded by terraces a lawned garden and high shrubs for privacy.Close to all amenities,shops etc. BAGGAGE SAVING: Every guest will receive a pool towel for duration. There is also one of the best restaurants 2 star Vila Joya in the area which is a 10 minute walk,2 other favorites are very close by.Tennis courts are just a few minutes away as is a small shop with fresh pastries daily.

I live with my husband in the Algarve and are close to the rental property. We love the area and the beaches are fabulous. We have all the local knowledge you need and are always on hand to help. In our opinion some of the best months to rent are off peak season without the hustle and bustle. The weather is still good and perfect for golfers who still want family accommodation and those that dont want crowds. The property is a new build, very high standard and we are very proud of it.We run and manage 4 of our own builds for rental. Anyone staying in any of them will love it.We have had fantastic reviews and love meeting the family and friends that holiday in our villas.

We built this property as we fell in love with the beach just 400m away and ease of local amenaties and getting to town.We also have a 5 bedroom villa next door.

Being in a gated community gives security and an away from it all feeling.Indoor glass atrium with seating and open to the sky. Roof terrace for private sunbathing. Everything in this Villa is brand new and high quality. Electric shutters and locks on all windows.
