Enjoy your vacation in this uniquely beautiful, artistic and quiet, southern Stone Harbor home that is close to everything and has all the amenities. An upside-down townhome in design, the first floor offers 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed that open onto a first floor deck. Another queen-sized bed is located in the third bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs, the open kitchen, living and dining areas adjoin a spacious second-floor deck where you can enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, evening sunsets, ocean breezes and starry skies. The second floor, master bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as its own private bath. This home has central air conditioning along with 5 ceiling fans to keep the air moving on those warm beach days. Internet, cable and 2 televisions are included for your enjoyment and convenience. Two blocks to the beach and Chelsea Place Park is in the neighborhood where you can enjoy the new playground equipment, sand volleyball courts, walking trail, adult fitness equipment and bocce ball courts. Additionally, it's a short walk to Clarke's Market. This unit is located in the front- street side. No pets.
