LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.

UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo was recently remodeled and is perfect for couples or a small family. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap and enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain.

RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)

PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street.

Absolutely the best condo we've stayed in at The Village @ Breckenridge Peak 9. Well maintained throughout, kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Would definitely want to stay here again next year.

Best location in town!!

This property is super clean and you can’t beat the location. Communication with the company was outstanding and this is my second year staying with them. Highly recommend and I will be back again next year!

Breck ski trip

The location of the property is excellent. It’s close to town and the chairlift. The condo itself was clean and away from the elevators so you weren’t disturbed in the middle of the night. I would 100% rent again.

This condo is in the best location. The overall experience was great. I wish they would have provided some direction before check in so we would know what to expect. There were 3 wash cloths supplied for a 4 day stay so that was very inconvenient. Other than that it was wonderful.

As good as it gets

Nice condo, great location, good value, good checkin process. Easy walk to lifts and main st. Common facilities lobby pool gym hot tub were really nice. Underground garage parking. Only suggestion is to say which building on the checkin materials as well as detailed directions to the correct region of the garage. It’s a bit tricky to navigate.

Ski trip

Had a great time. Property was just as expected. Very close to slopes and we rented skis directly downstairs. From the description, I wasn’t sure that we would get a guaranteed parking garage space, but we found a spot immediately. We didn’t have any trouble with parking. Only negative, and it’s a minor thing, is the Bluetooth phone app used for opening doors and garage worked well excepted our room where it was a little bit iffy.

We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing that parking was available BUT NOT a guarantee. OTHERWISE, this space was fabulous, and you can't beat the price for the location.

I was told that my parking was only good for two nights. That it wouldn’t matter if I stayed longer. Turns out the electronic key for the parking garage expired, and would not work when I tried to leave. I had to wait 45 minutes for another car. I ended up leaving at 1145 pm as another came to the exit, and I got out behind them. The front desk at the village had an attitude with me and would not help the whole time. They kept telling me that if I had booked through them, then they could help me. I texted the 800 number that sent me check-in instructions for help exiting the parking lot, and didn’t help a response. Also called them and it told me the office was closed.

I called the number that kept texting me and no one was there to answer. If your a lodging company, someone needs to answer the phone.

Reviewer Comments: This was an slightly more economical choice, but since nothing at Breck is what most would consider “affordable,” I think next time I’d rather opt to pay a bit more and enjoy a more comfortable stay. The unit is well-loved, which is fine, but really does need some update linens and pillows to justify existing in Breck. The bedding for the sofa bed was marginal (a couple of sheets and a small throw blanket), and the sofa bed itself wasn’t something an adult should be subjected to. The building is in a great location and has lovely amenities like an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, and game room. But my bottom line is that I would not choose this unit again in the future until it gets a refresh.

Nice amenities!

Overall, we had a good experience! We had some trouble getting into the condo but pinnacle properties were quick to help fix our keys. They were quick to respond which was a plus. Pool and multiple hot tubs were great! My only complaint was I wish we had some more cooking utensils but we made do with what we had. Would go back!

We spent a week here and the room was clean the the amenities were awesome. They just redid all of the the hot tubs, sauna, steam room, gym and family game room. But the best is that its only about 15 yards to Peak 9 lift. The only down side to this condo is that the bed needs to be replaced. It is not comfortable at all. I stayed in this same unit in 2019 and it needed to be replaced then. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because of the bed!
