Located in Davenport in the Florida region, Sandy Ridge Pool Home features a patio overlooking a private pool/Spa, free WiFi and free private parking.

Air conditioned vacation home is has 4 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and 3 1/2 bathroom. A flat-screen smart TV’s with cable channels.

The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport, 29 miles from Sandy Ridge Pool Home.

Close to dining at Championsgate / Golf Course/ Disney/ Disney Springs/Universal/City Walk/Lego Land/ Bok Towers and more.

Pool/Spa heating is an additional $175pr wk or $25 a day(recommended Oct to April.) In advance or is additional $25 fee after arrival to come out and is non refundable.
PLEASE NOTE
Pool and spa is one body of water pool heats to 87°F and spa to 104°F when the Jets are on if the air temperature is 57°F and below Pool heat will not activate until air temperatures are higher than 57°F. The pool heat pump runs for 12 hours per day. It is not 24/7.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. The location was very convenient to Orlando theme Parks with gas, grocery store and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the pool, the heater made the water nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again.

Sheron was amazing to communicate with and quick to respond! The property was close proximity to all the places we were going and things we were doing in our vacation! The house had all of the amenities that we needed to make our trip enjoyable and stick to better routine than what we would in a hotel. It was a great house for our vacation, I would definitely book with Sheron again when we go back!

The house itself was fine, but lacked the expected warmth of a home. There are absolutely no pictures/paintings on the wall that give it a cold appeal. Once issues were corrected, the pool was absolutely fantastic and the privacy in the back was excellent. I would, however, recommend side shrubs to provide some added privacy to the neighbors. The biggest problem was the run down appearance of the neighborhood. It was dirty and many homes neglected.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool and backyard privacy. The home was freshly painted just before Christmas, and your stay began right after the New Year, so the property was newly updated at that time. We are also in the process of adding wall décor to enhance the overall warmth of the space. The pool area is fully screened and consistent with neighboring homes, with conservation land behind providing natural privacy. Adding shrubs in these areas isn’t suitable, as it would create debris in the pool and spa, especially during maintenance and weather conditions. We are, however, exploring alternative privacy options. The community is HOA-managed and regularly maintained. We appreciate your feedback and your stay.

Nice home. Met our snow birding needs. Had a few pool issues but Sheron was very responsive. Only complaint was so much traffic every time we went somewhere

Lovely clean and quiet villa

The villa was lovely and clean and had obviously been decorated and refurbished in recent years. It was great for a family of 5 especially with the pool. We had a couple of things that needed attention and these were promptly dealt with by the management company which we really appreciated. The area was very quiet and handy for thr 192 and I4.

The house was in a really nice location. Not too far from Disney but far enough away to stay away from all of the busyness. We enjoyed our stay but the place could use some higher quality cooking utensils and pots and pans. The kids loved the pool. The house was clean but could use a deep cleaning at some point. I know it’s hard with rentals to do that and there is a lot of traffic in and out but it could use it. Other than a few minor things it was still a good stay. I would still recommend the place to others.

Spring Break Stay

The house is very large with lots of room for large families. Great layout for families with small kids. Newer furniture in the living room and the house was very clean. The pool was well maintained and had both padded reclining chairs and a table area with chairs for eating. The area itself is very quiet and a playground is less than a 5 minute walk. Groceries and take-out food are also in close proximity. It would have been nice to have a hot-tub instead of a jacuzzi spa for use at night. Also, there was no BBQ at the house (despite emailing the owner before arrival and being told there was one) and the mattress in the Master bedroom with the queen bed really needs to be updated, as the springs were in my wife's back all night.

If I had known about this during your stay I would have replaced it for you. A new one was purchased in January but it must have been removed from the property. Nice Home

Home was located in a nice area and close to all the attractions. Lots of construction and traffic while we were there did impact the drive times to the attractions. Home could use a bit of spruce up with paint and carpet. Beds were fair from a comfort perspective. The pool was nice but that area looked like it could also have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly and cared for—although someone came to maintain the pool on our last day there we did not swim after they did that. Kitchen did not have any basics—coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc—but had all the pots, pans, dishes, etc that were needed. Pans were not high quality but did the trick. Garage games were used a bit by us, but with nice weather we spent most time outside.

I am please that you enjoyed your stay in our “Nice Home”.The house is frequently has paint touch ups due to scuffs from baggage or other items, we took note of you review and since your stay touch up and shampoo the carpets. I just wanted to point out, not sure if you noticed but downstairs living area differs from what you saw when you booked as we recently remodeled with new granite countertops and replaced the downstairs carpet with Wood look tiles and the pool Area chairs and lounger were also recovered within the past few months and outdoor rug added to the area. I will be sure to upload these new pictures for future potential guest. The traffic concerns with construction are heightened during peek hours, it is a temporary issue as the road renovations are necessary to accommodate local and visiting travelers. Due to COVID we removed oil, salt n pepper and coffee filters for health reason:

The location was very convenient for our needs. The house was clean and well maintained. Sheron was very responsive and helpful. The only issue from my perspective was that the pool was pretty cold - granted it was cold outside but I was hoping the pool heater would be more effective.

Fantastic stay

Sheron was a pleasure to deal with. Very prompt reply’s to any communication. Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Pool and hot tub a definite advantage. Neighbourhood friendly and everyone felt safe. Very close to supermarket (Publix) and other essential services. Close to Disney approx 25 mins little bit longer on way home but this is due to crowds leaving. Would definitely recommend this property

Great stay for Disney Vacay!

The home was very nice and the owner was so pleasant to deal with. The home had everything we needed. It was so nice to relax in the pool after all that Disney and Universal walking. Only 20 mins to the park slightly longer on the way home due to traffic. We would stay here again and Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for thier get away. 😊

Nice place to gather with family

Our adult children, their spouses, our teenager and our 2 yr old grandchild enjoyed our time here over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was convenient to grocery/retail shopping, restaurants and the Disney area. The house worked well for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and spa (although we didn’t realize until we arrived that “spa” is not the same as a “hot tub”). I was a bit disappointed in the kitchen supplies; I think it could use a few more baking dishes and a good can opener. There were no washcloths for the kitchen, so we purchased some scrub brushes to use ourselves. Overall, it fit our family’s needs and allowed us the space to gather together for the holiday. We enjoyed our stay!

It was what i expected from the listing and more. Quite area the property was clean. I was great.

Mickey's place was a nice house to stay ïn, close to the parks and supermarkets. Only a few things can be improved -the vertical blinds need reparing trought the whole house. -the cleanliness of the house could be better. Laura, the owner, was very friendly. We had a pleasant holiday!
