Beautiful little cozy beach community. The “Settle by the sea” was a perfect place to rest and relax. Close to the beach without being directly on the beach. Just minutes from everything your whole family can enjoy.
We enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious property. It does not have beach access, but is close to Seaside, Alys and Rosemary which we enjoyed the most. The HUB is the selling point for this area. We definitely would come & stay here again at 30A. At the same will also consider one that has beach access & ability to have early check in in which this one doesn’t have.

Settle By The Sea
Gnats were all over the home. Couches had stains. Pillows had stains. Blankets had stains. Secondary bathroom had a hole in the ceiling from water damage. Dryer was full of lint had to clean out the best we could. Behind the couch had dust and trash. Left mid week because we were so displeased with the unit. Will not be back.

Great place to stay!
Stayed here for a week vacation, family with 3 kids. Great location, community is beautiful. Love the entertainment district across the road. My advice would be to rent a golf cart/bikes. Not anywhere you can go without a golf cart/car. Rental was nice. Kitchen was stocked as to be expected. Only complaint would be that the house keeping/maintenance was subpar. Sofa bed was not changed out and therefore dirty when we arrived and needed to sleep. Unit could have been cleaner. Overall satisfied, but for the price would have thought unit to be in better shape. Wish it came w cart/bikes.

It was a nice getaway
The place is exactly how it's described. Very pretty and well decorated. I was shocked that there was no wine opener and no coffee filters. We had amazing neighbors who let us borrow the first night before we could get to the store. The other thing is the wifi. Very sketchy the more people that start pouring in so be prepared for that. We also had a really big nat problem. The first night there were only a few but were still obnoxious but doable. By the end of our stay I started feeling grossed out. They aren't little fruit flies either. Other than that the house is great. If you are staying in the master and need a dark room you probably want to switch. The blinds still let in a good amount of light in and theres no curtains and the three or four smaller windows above the bed have no coverings at all. There is a street light right outside the windows.
Will never stay w/ Coastal Dreamin again. This place was filthy. My only compliments are - low price and the lady we reported the cleanliness issues to was very nice. The cleaners brought a new set of sheets the first night and left them outside at the door. When we got back, the garage and side door deadbolts were locked and our code was not working. Guests do not get a key. Since there are no windows on the bottom floor we would’ve had to lock both of the deadbolts from inside and jumped off the 2nd story balcony. We called the after hours lockout line and they could not fix the code. We were then transferred to a guy and I told him how disappointing this stay has been from checking in to a dirty place and then being locked out. He told me he doesn’t handle the cleaning and only handles lockout issues. We later learned he is actually the owner of coastal dreamin. He was quizzing me on how both deadbolts got locked (why would we lock ourselves our?) since that can only happen if I had a key. He said we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come. He ended up being the one who came 45 minutes later and had the worst attitude. He kept acting like we were lying and purposely locked ourselves out. All he had to do was let us in and leave, we didn’t need his poor attitude. The whole situation was poorly handled and we still don’t know how we really got locked out.
The house is beautiful and looks like the property pictures. The management company was quick to respond to our concerns about the cleanliness of the property. This home is by no means extremely dirty but could be better... In less than one hour's time after arriving my husband's grandmother and our toddler had black feet from walking barefoot inside the home. If you are extremely detailed like I am you would notice the dust on the vent hood, hairs and dust on baseboards, and the pink soap scum in the shower. Our main concern was the floors being dirty - the management company did explain it was from the sand. They quickly got someone out to clean and we did not have this problem again... after going to the beach all week. The location of this home is at the HUB - which offers a hangout and places to eat. We really enjoyed Jack and Diane's Snowcone stand. The shuttle service was nice because there is limited parking at the public beach access. I would like to note the shuttle only took us to one spot (Santa Clara Beach Access) which was about three miles away. So this home is not super convenient to the beach as you have to trek with chairs/umbrellas a good way down the beach access once you arrive. The nice thing about the shuttle was being able to call when you were finished at the beach and they would come back for you. Overall, I would recommend this home and appreciate the management company responding quickly.
This property was clean, modern and new. We did buy an inexpensive oscillating fan for the second bedroom, which really helped with air movement. Great location and being close to The Hub. Even though stove top knob was on and the unit smelled of gas when we arrived, maintenance checked it out and we were in the unit within a few hours. We would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful trip and cooked a ton with the fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed! It was perfect for our family of 4!

False Information
While the rooms were nice & clean, that was really the only positive aspect of the stay. The AC never really cooled down the property, & we also had issues with the oven. Supplies were also very sparse. I'd expect more than one roll of toilet paper for a week long stay. Maybe some salt & pepper as well. Be prepared to bring literally everything you need. Communication was not practiced by the owners & there was false information about the location of the property in regards to the beach. It is NOT a .5 mile walk to the beach. You have to drive or take the shuttle - & the shuttle doesn't run after 330pm. Also, if you drive, there is very limited parking. so you must get there before 8am. We will stay ON the beach next time.

In an effort to help future renters, we would like to clarify a few items in this review that are completely misrepresented.
We want to first thank this reviewer for their kind words regarding the cleanliness. Our housekeeping staff has really rocked it out during this season and with the new COVID-19 standards. While we are not clear on what this guest means by "never really" cooled, or the ambiguous statement about "issues" with the oven, we can say without a doubt, had this guest reported any issues our staff would have fixed them immedately. Before this guest arrived they were given a list of items we provide to get each and every guest "started". We also include a note regarding toilet paper, because like the rest of the country, our small beach town has also seen the effects of a paper goods shortage. Additionally, it has always been our practice, even before COVID-19, to remove all food items after each guest leaves (including salt and pepper). This is for the health and safety of our future guests. We also do not include salt and pepper in our list of items we provide, so this should not have been a surprise for this guest. Finally, we provide a very detailed list of nearby beach accesses to the east and west of this home. The closest public beach access is 0.5 mile from the home. It is a State Park that doesn't allow alcohol on site. This guest chose a beach access that better suited their needs than the one that is closest to their rental home. We would never recommend guests walking 0.5 mile and no where in our listing for ANY of our Prominence homes does it suggest walking to this beach access. Not only do we provide the full list of pubic beach accesses, we also recommend downloading the 30A.com app for the closest beach access based on your location. The app gives you information for every beach access including restroom and parking availability. If this guest somehow missed all of those resources, Prominence offers a free shuttle to take guests to and from the beach. We wish this reviewer well in their efforts finding a home "on the beach" within the same budget. Future Renters: For any questions regarding this home or this review, give our office a call.

Perfect Getaway with the Family
Everything about this space went above & beyond our expectations! Everything was sparkling clean, the master bathroom shower was AMAZING & the master closet made a great space for our 2.5 year old to get a nice, cool, dark space to nap/sleep (vacation sleeping is hard with toddlers!). With the pool, it kept getting better even with the COVID precautions in place. Our daughter played in the splash of area while we hung out with zero stress. I'll definitely be returning!

This was such a beautiful home and neighborhood. So easy to ride bikes to lots of great areas like the hub and Rosemary beach.
