Villa near the beach of Cala Sinzias - Castiadas

Villa located in the "I Graniti di Cala Sinzias" village, near the famous tourist resorts of Villasimius and Costa Rei.
Newly built, it is inserted in the natural landscape and is covered with granite, to remember the scents and colors of the ancient land of Sardinia.
The house enjoys a privileged position in the village, secluded and higher than the others.

The house consists of a large, very bright and welcoming living room. The living room is equipped with a table with 6 director chairs, a nice sideboard, a dock-station, satellite TV and a sofa bed just in case.
Ideal place to have lunch, watch TV, make music and receive friends, the living room has a kitchen, complete with everything needed for cooking succulent dishes or simple snacks.

From the living room through a large opening window, you enter the porch, where you can have breakfast, dinner, read, discuss, listen to music and party, away from the curious glances of the other villagers.

A complete double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with two single beds (joinable) and mezzanine and a bathroom with shower complete the floor.

On the first floor there is a small tower (15 sq m) from which you can enjoy the view over the whole village and the hill behind the house and from where you can also see the sea. The tower houses the washing machine and offers the possibility of hanging the laundry in a protected way. Excellent summer environment, open and ventilated, suitable for smoking a pipe, reading or writing poetry on summer nights.

The house has a garden with a planted lawn. The garden is varied and allows different ways of living in it, in harmony with the path of the sun.

The holiday is then made more pleasant by some comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen with four gas burners, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, heat pumps, water reserve, two TVs: one terrestrial and the other satellite with SKY system, electric water heater, mobile barbecue, solar outdoor showers, two outdoor tables and four wooden chairs, two outdoor wooden benches, two outdoor wooden armchairs, hammock, mattresses for sunbathing or admiring the stars .
There is also the basic equipment for newborns: a cot, a table seat and an infansit.

The house is however fully furnished with furnishings and furnishings chosen to make the environment simple and comfortable.
