Our open floor plan allows everyone to be together - The living room, dining room and kitchen are arranged for easy conversation and sight across the house. Accented walls throughout the home give it a special touch.

The welcoming and sunshine-filled living room provides you with comfortable leather seating with three(3) sofas, as well as a 65" Smart 4K Flat Screen TV. The television is connected to a soundbar and subwoofer, in order to give an enhanced audio experience. Access to the private pool area is one door away from the living room. You can enjoy every sunny day outdoors in your private pool with patio seating for six (6) and two (2) sun loungers.

The kitchen area has seating for six (6) people with additional seating for two (2) people at the breakfast bar. There is also an additional table for six (6) available next to the kitchen. The modern kitchen boasts beautiful stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs.



In the game room, you will find a pool table, foosball, and air hockey.

Our house is considered self-catering unit. We have provided complimentary toilet tissue (4) and bar soaps, however it is your responsibility to replenish these items should you need further supplies during your stay.

Cleaning Fee is $245

Pool /Spa Heating is added as per request for $59 per day-needs to be full stay (recommended for September through April 48 hrs in advance)

Taxes are an additional 13.5%.
