Ideally located near the most beautiful beaches of the extreme south (5 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Santa Giulia and close to the most beautiful beaches of the extreme south ) and downtown Porto-Vecchio, this beautiful T2, ground garden of a villa has been completely redone with an interior designer, air conditioned, 36 m2, ideal for a couple with a child (BB bed available). The villa has only 2 homes, 1 independent bedroom with a double bed in 160cm (king bed), 1 bathroom / WC, a fully equipped kitchen area, pantry, comfortable living room with flat screen TV wall mounted, TNT, dining area - table bar, a beautiful wooden terrace, table and garden furniture, sunbathing, which overlooks a very pleasant natural garden.
The villa is located in a pretty village very typical Corsica, in a very quiet area in the heart of the maquis, in a protected natural site.

Great location for exploring south eastern Corsica

We stayed here at the start of September. Our host was very welcoming despite our flight arriving late at night. A well kitted out and comfortable apartment with good outside space. We used the barbecue a lot but it needs replacing. Very close to beautiful beaches at Santa Guilia with great beach restaurants incl U Santa Marina which we highly recommend. The local Spar is exceptional, providing high quality fresh fish and meat and we ate well all week. One tip is to pack insect repellent and use the candles and coils provided for the evenings. In all a great stay.

fonctionnel et sombre

malgré un équipement et une rénovation du bâtiment plutôt agréable, ce Rez de jardin n'invite pas à passer sa journée à lézarder, en effet aucune vue depuis la terrasse ombragée, un intérieur sans lumière où l'éclairage électrique est nécessaire toute la journée, une fois notre journée passée fort agréablement dans les environs de Porto Vecchio nous n'avons pas pu manger dehors le soir du fait des nombreux insectes aussi gourmands que nous...pas de réseau téléphone (orange) et une liaison wifi hasardeuse rendent le séjour très calme sur le plan communication, ce qui peut être un avantage pour les accrocs du multimédias. En résumé plutôt bien placé mais cher pour la prestation.

Chers locataires, Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire sur le logement. Je suis très heureux que vous ayez autant apprécié le confort du logement et la qualité de ses équipements. Je me permets simplement de vous indiquer que la pergola est un bel endroit ombragé sans aucun vis-à-vis puisqu'il donne sur une belle forêt naturelle, au calme. Je vous confirme que les volets même persiennés, lorsqu'ils restent fermés ne laissent pas entrer la lumière... Le WifI fonctionne parfaitement sauf bien entendu en cas de coupure sur la réseau EDF, ce qui est très rare! Enfin la présence de quelques petits insectes ou de petits animaux (lézards, tortues etc... ) dans le jardin, me paraît plutôt rassurante....et dans l'ordre des choses ;)

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung aber mit einigen Macken

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wohnlich und gemütlich hergerichtet. Wir hatten allerdings 2mal das Problem, dass einige Geräte ausgefallen sind, da das Stromnetz wohl etwas instabil ist, auch hatte das WLAN nur sehr langsam bis garnicht funktioniert. Der Grill war leider defekt und wir konnten ihn nicht benutzen auch wird allgemein bei den höheren Temperaturen davon abgeraten ihn zu benutzen, da eine erhebliche Brandgefahr davon ausgeht. Die Wohnung kam uns immer etwas feucht vor und am Abreisetag mussten wir feststellen, dass teilweise Kleidung, die wir wieder aus dem Schrank genommen haben, leicht angeschimmelt war. Wir mussten feststellen, dass größere Bereiche an der Wand und teilweise auch im Einbauschrank feucht waren. Positiv ist zu bewerten, dass die fürsorgliche Brigitte und der Bruder des Vermieters Antoine immer ansprechbar waren und uns bei dem einen oder anderen Problem sofort geholfen haben. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Die Lage des Quartiers ist gut und in 3 min mit dem Auto sind die schönsten Strände zu erreichen. Auch die Nähe zu Porto Vecchio ist klasse, dort kann man für jeden Geschmack etwas leckeres zu Essen finden und auch einfach nur etwas bummeln gehen. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt gut gefallen und wir konnten uns prächtig erholen. Die Strände, die Berge und die Gastfreundschaft der Korsen waren beeindruckend.

Casa molto bella, in zona tranquilla isolata dal caos della città ma in posizione ottima per visitare le varie spiagge e le città di Porto Vecchio (a 10 min) é Bonifacio (a 20 min). Se cercate un posto tranquillo ma comodo per girare ve lo consiglio vivamente.

Au top!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec un logement de haute qualité! Tout y est synonyme de confort! Très proche du centre de porto vecchio et de la route menant aux belles plages. Très bien accueilli. Logement au calme. Ne pas hésiter a rajouter une petite théière pour les buveurs de thé :)
