Beautiful ocean Front Condo, family friendly Paradise

A beautiful unobstructed beachfront view can be yours from your own private balcony and condo right on the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Kick back in your own comfortable balcony lounge chair and enjoy gorgeous sunsets!

Our condo has been newly professionally decorated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings . We're located on the 9th floor, directly facing the beach The resort has a Tiki bar overlooking the beach, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a baby pool, a large outdoor pool with a waterfall.

Jacuzzi overlooking the beach, beach umbrella and chair rentals, barbecue grills overlooking the pools, workout facility with steam room and sauna (at no charge), and the most beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green water in the country.

The pool, Jacuzzi, and workout facility at the Terrace is also available for your use. The pool there has full sun all day, and the Jacuzzi is attached to the pool, and heated year round. Sorry, no pets are allowed on the resort

Our unit received the highest possible rating and features a comfortable king sized master bedroom and private bath, hall bunk bed area with an additional full bath and a queen sized sleeper sofa, comfortable chair in the living room. Balcony features comfortable lounge chairs .Location is always key and Pelican Beach Resort is very conveniently located.

The Condo is right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park, very close to shopping and numerous great restaurants as well as many other resort activities. This newly remodeled Condo is a great value right in the heart of Destin! Check our calendar for all current availability.

I always keep it and my rate schedule updated so you don't have to waste time waiting for emails.

The pictures honestly don't do this condo justice. It was immaculately cleaned. The views were great. There was a tin of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen came well equipped with everything you need. The resort itself was amazing. The heated pool was a great perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy - clean - beach front easy access with an AMAZING VIEW - pools easy access , but being able to hop right into the ocean is top tier. Loved it. Spacious! No fast food chains nearby - but the restuarants offered are nice. Parking is bad after 5:45pm... so try to get settled in as early as possible.

We were very happy with our rental for the price we paid. It was not luxurious, but it had most everything we needed. A couple of beach chairs would have been nice to go with the beach umbrella in the closet. We also had to purchase beach towels so as not to use the bath towels from the condo, but we DID use a bath towel to cover the tabletop on the balcony as it was not pleasant to eat off of. Once we did that, we enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon wine on the balcony each day we were there. Overall, a very good experience.

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were great. The on-site restaurant is amazing. The pools were nice. The tiki bar was great. First time we had ever been and had free delivery to the beach. The property is right on the beach couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great place, we loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location, right on the beach. Very clean but bathrooms could use a little updating. The hall beds could use better mattresses. Very nice to have a full kitchen so we could cook some of our meals. Overall we had a great time!

Great stay in a great location

We had a wonderful time! The beach view was amazing and sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. There were many people staying at the resort, but you wouldn't have known it because there was little noise other than at the pools(where noise is expected). I'm actually currently looking at dates to book our next stay!

We enjoyed staying at this condo in this resort. Great beach! The only bummer was the balconies were closed for renovations, and the pool was also closed, which we didn't know about when booking. But other than that, we would stay again. Lots of friendly people!

This place has an amazing view for every morning to enjoy the sunrise across the nice blue sea. The only thing we had trouble with was one of the showers was draining slow but other than that the place was amazing! Will definitely come back.

Great value for the money

We didnt pay top dollar so i didnt expect a 5 star unit. It was very adequate for our family and worked just fine. The kitchen is quite understocked and there is only 2 barstools but other than that it was great. Resort was nice and i would recommend this unit.

Loved the condo even though there was constant work being done on the entire property. Really wish we would have had access to the deck as it was a gorgeous waterfront/beach view that was obstructed due to construction.
