Great place in Palm Desert

This property is located onithe 16th fairway of the Desert Falls golf course and provides a beautiful view of the mountains to the north. It is a quiet and safe environment. Located centrally in the valley, it is easy and quick to go anywhere from there. The host has been absolutely great for us; he has responded very quickly to our questions and requests. I would strongly recommend this place.

Desert Falls stay

It was a really big space. Great location on the golf course. Everything we needed was there. Owner was responsive. Place needed some things repaired and Mark always came to assist. It could use a reallyThorough cleaning. I know the carpets did get done after we suggested that.

Loved the view

Owner needed to attend to some fixit items in the unit..he tried to replace a bathroom light over a sink but it never worked...also one toilet needed to be replaced...some general things like sliding doors hard to move, etc....but we thought the view and neighborhood made up for most of that

As to the toilet, it did not need replacement,. It broke during the tenancy, but two other toilets were available for the two tenants. Due to CV19, the handyman was unavailable. Sliding doors needed some silicone which owner thought was in the unit for use. LED Tubes that replaced fluorescents probably needed further rotation on their sockets, which serivce was offered to tenants, but the owner was advised not to bother to come to do so.
