House completely renovated (in 2018) of 45 m² with a garden of 1500 m² for 4 people located 800 m from the beaches, 1.5 km from the town of SOULAC SUR MER, 7 km from the marina of the Medoc.
Possibility to park cars inside the enclosed garden, ideal for families with children.
The house is composed of:
- a kitchen open to the living room equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster.
Iron and ironing board.
- Living room / lounge: table + chairs, sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 TV,
- Shower room with shower cabin, vanity unit and WC

Very kind host and the garden is big en great to play in for our kids (it is surrounded with a fence). There is a bbq, and no noise in the evening so you van sleep well. I would really recommand this place!

Wir waren bereits mehrmals in dem Haus und sind immer noch verliebt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, das Grundstück phantastisch und die Lage ist für unsere Zwecke hervorragend. Fahrräder sind allerdings zu empfehlen.

praktisches Haus, super Garten

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sinnvoll eingerichtet und der Garten sehr groß und toll für Ballspiele geeignet. Die Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe war einfach und sehr freundlich. Leider konnten wir nicht zu Fuß zum Strand wegen Waldbrandgefahr und an der Straße entlang zu laufen war weit und unangenehm.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, die Küche komfortabel, die Terrasse war unser Wohnzimmer. Das große Grundstück lädt zum Ballspielen und Entspannen ein. In 15 Minuten Fußmarsch ist man am Strand. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in Soulac. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!

Très bonne semaine passée !

La maison est agréable et confortable, le terrain est aussi grand que sur les photos on a donc pleins d’espaces pendant le séjour ! Par ailleurs le propriétaire est très gentil et très convivial. Pour finir nous étions à côté de Soulac, de l’océan et tout ce qui est grande surface. Je vous conseil cette location.

Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen hier verbracht. Das Grundstück ist so weitläufig, dass man wunderbar mit Kindern spielen kann. Den Weg zum Strand kann man prima zu Fuß bewältigen. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Location très propre avec grand jardin au calme et proche des plages

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Particulièrement propre et bien équipée, sans mauvaise surprise. Les propriétaires sont très accommodants et avenants, réactifs aux sollicitations. La maison est située dans un hameau du Verdon-sur-Mer mais finalement plus proche de Soulac, à 1km du centre ville. Proche d'une piste cyclable et d'une plage familiale.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, les propriétaires se montrent vraiment disponibles. Les enfants ont apprécié le grand jardin et en ont bien profité. Un lieu à retenir, je vous le conseille !

Tolles, kleines Ferienhaus mit großen Garten

Wunderschönes Kleinod abseits des Trubels

Die Bilder geben das Objekt sehr gut wieder. Es ist frisch im ikeastil renoviert. Wärme und Ungeziefer lassen sich durch Fensterläden und praktische Mückennetze super draußen lassen. Der riesige Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen ist phantastisch. Eigene Fahrräder sind hilfreich, um schnell in der Stadt (rd. 2,5km) oder am Strand zu sein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, flexibel und verlässlich. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances, la maison est bien équipée et le terrain grand (pour la grande joie des enfants), la maison est bien située a quelques minutes du cente de Soulac et des plages.
