On the ground floor: large living room with lounge (convertible corner sofa bed 140), dining room and kitchen. Shower room (shower + 1 basin), separate toilet. Linen and cleaning are included in the rent.
Large terrace and fenced private garden of 50 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. Place in front of the housing to park.
Located 8 minutes walk from the beach, 500 m from a shopping area, supermarket Super U and municipal swimming pool 700 m, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment (free show every night in summer on the main square with track dance) and casino, everything is nearby.
