Independent outbuilding of 55sqm with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The large garden, shared with the larger farmhouse, is fenced, and the patio is secluded, with a view of the hills that slope down towards the sea.
You can see the Argentario, Giglio and Giannutri.
You live well both inside the walls, in winter, with the fireplace lit, and in summer outdoors under the shaded porch.
There are two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a fireplace in front of the sofa and air conditioning for the summer.

Sehr schönes, einfaches und ruhig gelegenes kleines Ferienhäuschen auf dem Lande

Das Haus (für 4 Personen) liegt ländlich auf einem großen eingezäunten Grundstück, auf dem sich noch ein weiteres großes Ferienhaus für 13 Personen befindet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist einfach aber je nach Ansprüchen ausreichend. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden regelmässig gewechselt. Wir waren 13 Tage vor Ort und hatten die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen, da wir bis /ab Rom geflogen sind. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage des Hauses ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt notwendig. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas beschwerlich, da man das Grundstück nur über einen Schotterweg mit teilweise großen Schlaglöchern erreichen kann (5-8 Minuten Fahrzeit von der Landstraße aus). Unwahrscheinlich nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist die Vermieterin Maurizia, die sich sehr darum kümmert, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Auf eine sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Art hat Maurizia uns geholfen, den Mietwagen telefonisch zu verlängern, als unser Rückflug außerplanmässig gestrichen wurde. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und haben die absolute Ruhe der Umgebung sehr genossen! Der Standort ist für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Umgebung eigentlich optimal. Sehr zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge zum Monte Argentario, in den Giardino dei Tarocchi, den Lago di Bolsena und das Städtchen Tuscania. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, vielen Dank Maurizia! Oase der Ruhe in den Feldern des Latiums

Für uns war es das perfekte Feriendomizil. Alles für den alltäglichen Gebrauch war vorhanden, inklusive Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Einrichtung hielt, was die Bilder versprachen. Maurizia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und steht mit vielen Tipps zur Seite. Empfehlenswert sind auf jeden Fall ein Ausflug mit dem Zug nach Rom (Maurizia fragen!) und die vielen Hinterlassenschaften der Etrusker, wie Cerveteri oder Tarquinia. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Agréable

Petite maison bien conçue, bien équipée, climatisée, en pleine campagne au calme. Un effort à faire pour là chambre principale literie confortable mais ameublement disparate, et pour la salle de bain (rideau de douche). Propriétaire très sympathique, accueil chaleureux.

Schönes Haus, toller Urlaub

Die Besitzer, Maurizia und Stefano, sind unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat all das, was auch beschrieben ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man kann seinen Urlaub hier fernab von jeglichem Stress genießen. Schöne Strände sind in der Nähe (ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto, z.B. Feniglia bei Orbetello), ein Tagestrip nach Rom mit dem Zug ist empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko könnte die Zufahrt zum Haus sein. Hier muss man eine ca 10 minütige Fahrt auf einer ungepflasterten Straße auf sich nehmen, ist aber definitiv machbar. Alles in allem top!! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!
