The kitchen features a range, fridge/freezer, microwave, beverage fridge, 2 sinks, island and more. Private patio overlooking the greenbelt with plenty of room for kids to run around. Views of Papago Mountains.
Beautiful community with a community pool and hot tub available until 11 pm. The home is centrally located near old town Scottsdale and the Arcadia Area. This is a truly unique property that has been fully renovated in early 2019.

Condo with Pool

The place was clean and allowed for garage parking. One item missing was a coffee pot. When the remodel is complete, I hope you have outdoor seating in the back. The owner was easily contacted and responded immediately. Two granddaughters enjoyed the pool across the street from the condo.
