Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Newly remodeled, this onebedroom 1.5 bath condo is entirely new from the new tile flooring to the unique reflective ceilings, all new furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, a new walk-in shower, and modern European style decor. The private balcony offers a view of the dolphins while sipping your morning coffee and watching the spectacular sunsets with your evening glass of wine. Nothing says “vacation” like the sandy white beaches of the Gulf. Walk in, unpack, and relax! Enjoy your stay at our little piece of paradise!

It is also conveniently located just a short drive from Pier Park, which offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and amusement park rides, and Gulf World, which offers the incredible experience of swimming and interacting with dolphins! There is Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and numerous places to play a round or two of mini golf.
