The Space:
* IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.
March 2026 Amenities Update: The indoor hot tub is currently closed for renovations and is estimated to reopen on 3/14/26. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance. The weight gym is open; however, the cardio side is currently closed for repairs.

Newly remodeled, this one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo features new tile flooring, unique reflective ceilings, all-new furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, a new walk-in shower, and modern European-style decor. The private balcony offers a view of the dolphins while you sip your morning coffee and watch spectacular sunsets with your evening glass of wine. Nothing says “vacation” like the sandy white beaches of the Gulf. Walk in, unpack, and relax! Enjoy your stay at our little piece of paradise!
What’s Nearby: Summit has many fantastic on-site amenities, including a fitness center, two pools, direct beach access, and a Tiki Bar that serves delicious food and beverages. It is also conveniently located just a short drive from Pier Park, which offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and amusement park rides, and Gulf World, which offers the incredible experience of swimming and interacting with dolphins! There is Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and numerous places to play a round or two of mini golf.
