Beautiful Villa, perfect for whole family

The property is tastefully furnished, and included everything we could possibly need for our stay. Lovely pool area perfect for the children. Excellent location for us for explore lots of local towns and beaches.

An amazing property, with great facilities for a self catering holiday. It was clean, well maintained and was just perfect for our family holiday. The rooms are large and have air conditioning in every room. WiFi is fast and the tv channels are great with a choice of something for everyone. The swimming pool was the highlight of our holiday as we have three daughters who are water babies. You will need a vehicle to get to this property, however all in all it was just perfect and we had an amazing holiday.

Lovely private property

Well maintained property, very private, especially if you are in the pool, calm area just a little bit dark from outside of the main gates. Lovely commodities, you barely need anything else.

This is such a lovely property and well located for visiting Faro, Tavira, Loule, Olhao and the Ria Formosa. The villa was clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked. Arriving to the basic food stuffs was very much appreciated.The pool was cleaned regularly and enjoyed by the whole family. We struggled to get the 12 year old out of it so we could go explore the Algarve.You’ll need a car as it’s about 20-30 minutes drive to most of the bigger towns, but this was a plus for us as it meant it was quiet. We had a great time and would happily return.

Family holiday

Myself, my son, daughter-in-law and 2 young grandchildren wanted a villa with a pool for a relaxed family holiday. This villa was a perfect choice.Close to the airport so easy and quick to find after a long journey with 2 young children.Pool was amazing - the kids spent most of their time splashing around.Aircon worked really well.Very well stocked kitchen and everything we needed to make the holiday a memorable one.Highly recommended.

Lovelly property conveniently close to Faro airport

The house was well maintained and beautifully clean and tidy. There was a welcome supply of essentialls left for us in the property which was very much appreciated. The bed linen and towels were replaced mid way within our two week break. The air conditioning was very much appreciated and worked well.In all a lovely property and well looked after.

Excellent villa and gorgeous pool

Stayed here recently for 10 days and the villa and pool are amazing!!!! Very quiet location and the welcome pack was a lovely unexpected touch. Have rented various villas from VRBO and this is the only one that did a mid stay clean and change of bedding and towels which made it a total relaxing holiday. The pool was checked and cleaned regularly and as the villa was so nice it was a struggle to leave and see the local area. Short drive to Faro and Albufeira Thank you for a lovely holiday 😁

Villa Oleander

We thoroughly enjoyed a week at this villa. It was a very spacious property & was very clean. Aircon in all rooms. No major issues apart from a loose door lock which was sorted. Only drawback is that the motorway close by can be noisy especially as we like to to sleep with windows open. So keep windows closed& run air con.

the highway is only heard by south wind and it is not the dominant wind. in addition in summer when it is very hot, it is better to sleep with the air conditioning ☺️

We were delighted with our recent stay at this villa. The photographs truly reflect reality. The whole house and external areas were spotlessly clean - huge credit to the cleaner/s. The villa is extremely well-equipped, making it feel very much like a home-from-home. The beds were comfortable, the bed linen and towels were in very good condition (not ancient see-through polyester sheets and handkerchief towels). The pool is great and the pool toys were a lovely surprise for our "grown-up" children. The terraced areas and pool have lots of sun loungers and comfortable seating, and the shady areas are perfect for non sun-worshippers. All of the electrical items were functioning well (air-con, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). The cooking equipment was in virtually new condition and there's a more than adequate supply of glasses, crockery, cutlery, etc. The well-thought-out "welcome" pack was most appreciated, as was the provision of bin liners, kitchen roll, loo roll, etc. If you enjoy a bit of comfort and are happy hiring a car, do not hesitate to book this villa, it's wonderful.

Relaxing stay in the Algarve

The house was very clean and as expected from the pictures and description. Literally everything you need is there (and more). Pool is nice and big and gets cleaned every few days. Check-in and check-out was easy thanks to the clear instructions sent beforehand. Cleaning service was very nice and communicated clearly by WhatsApp when they would come. During one of the days, the water mains were interrupted and we informed through the agency (Richard) what was going on. He was very quick to respond and relay the information he received by calling the water company. Also in other (e-mail) communication he was very responsive. We had a very relaxing stay with every comfort needed. The highway is close, but the noise is barely noticeable most of the time, and actually it is very convenient to quickly get around the Algarve. Faro and Faro beach are just 15-20min away.

The owner and their representative were really accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return as it was just lovely for us with a great pool and so private. Despite how close it is to road and airport you hardly hear them. Really lovely villa.

Schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche, etwas moderner eingerichtet, abseits gelegen mit 2 großen Aussenbereichen und großem Pool. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Bäder gepflegt. Man kann in dem Anwesen sehr gut für sich sein. Vielen Dank auch für die Erstverpflegung, die uns im Kühlschrank erwartete!Leider war nur ein Sonnenschirm nutzbar. Die beiden anderen passen nicht in die Ständer. Auch hat leider die Aussendusche und das Aussenwaschbecken am, sehr gut funktionierendem, Holzkohlegrill nicht funktioniert. Eine Reparatur erfolgte trotz unseres Hinweises nicht. Dies gilt gleichsam für den abgebrochenen, allerdings noch nutzbaren Griff an der Terrassentür im Schlafzimmer. Allein die ebenfalls zunächst nicht funktionierende Alarmanlage wurde - ohne unseres Hinweises - wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Die Abdeckung für den Pool war auch nicht funktionsfähig bzw. sollte nicht benutzt werden. Auch die Küchenutensilien waren nicht alle sauber und mussten teilweise erst einmal abgespült werden, bevor man sie nutzen konnte (Pfannen, Brotbox, etc.).Die nahe gelegene Autobahn hört man deutlich im Poolbereich, insbesondere am Wochenende kommt zum Teil stundenlanges Hundegebell vom Nachbargrundstück hinzu. Und der fleißige Hahn darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Eine ländliche Gegend eben.Die Frau, die die wöchentliche Hausreinigung durchführte, über deren Zeitpunkt wir nicht informiert worden waren, war sehr freundlich und hat gute Arbeit geleistet.

Cher Monsieur, Votre commentaire et à l'image de vos échanges avec le manager de la villa : impoli. vous n'avez, durant votre séjour, pas cessé de vous plaindre. Parasol : il suffit de mettre le bon parasol dans le bon support. Ce qui a été fait par l'équipe de gestion. Douche de piscine : elle était effectivement en panne et a du être changée mais cela nécessite un peu de délai. L'évier à côté du barbecue : étant sur la même arrivée d'eau, il était forcément coupé. Barbecue au charbon de bois : il faudrait nous expliquer comment un tel équipement peut-être en panne... poignée de fenêtre : (qui fonctionnait) a également été changée. elle était en commande. Système d'alarme : je pense que vous avez fini par comprendre son fonctionnement... Couverture de piscine : parfaitement opérationnelle mais elle ne doit être utilisée que pendant la demi-saison car sinon la température serait trop importante et l'eau tournerait au vert. Vous avez oublié l'une de vos plaintes : vous avez trouvé un oiseau mort dans la piscine. Promis, je vais mettre un panneau "interdit aux oiseaux". Bref, vous n'êtes plus les bienvenus chez nous Sincères salutations.

This is a hidden gem in the countryside. The photo's do not do it justice and I feel the owner under sells his property. There is lovely comfy seating at the pool area as well as a dining table and chairs and this is repeated again at the back of the house as well, allowing you to sit in the sun or the shade, whichever is your preference. The welcome pack is not advertised either and the best I have ever received on all my travels. There are kids pool toys available as well as adult inflatables. My nephew loved the little garage as well.The house is very well equipped for all family members from babies to eldery, as it is all one level. With it being rural you will need a car or like us we booked an uber everywhere which is very cheap. Less than 10 minutes brings you into Faro and 3 minutes brings you into Estoi by car. Some reviews mentioned the main road nearby but to be honest it did not bother us and we live in the country so are not used to traffic.The air con was a blessing with the extreme heat plus the freezer to keep ice pops and ice cubes at the ready. This is the first house for us to rent that truly felt home from home, so thank you to all involved.

Superbe villa propre et cosy dont l emplacement est idéal pour découvrir faro, Loulé et bien d’autres villages aux alentours. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir et passer de bons moments en famille. Un grand merci !

Villa magnifique

Nous venons de passer 8 jours dans cette superbe villa tout était parfait il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances.Le propriétaire a pensé à tout barbecue charbon et même a gaz au cas où toute la maison est top sans parler de l'extérieur avec une superbe piscine avec transats pour tout le monde je vous la conseille vraiment pour passer un bon moment et visiter cette très belle région

Das Haus mit diesen drei Schlafzimmern, Terrassen und zwei Badezimmern ist sehr gut ausgestaltet. Für Kleinkinder ist alles vorhanden. Das Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Essen und die Getränke, die der Eigentümer bei unserer Ankunft bereitstellte, wurden sehr geschätzt. Wir Können es nur weiterempfehlen.
