Spacious villa of 200m2 facing south with beautiful private pool 11mX6m, flat garden of 1500m2 with trees, hammock, deckchairs, trampoline and ping pong table. Ground floor: 60 m2 lounge with bow windows overlooking the pool. A large kitchen of 25m2 as well as a master bed room of 30m2 with a king size bed, TV, bathroom and dressing room, another bedroom with TV and sofa bed overlooking the pool and finally WC with hand basin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath and double sink and separate WC.
