7 Maryland Avenue is located in the ocean block of North Rehoboth steps away from the beach and boardwalk. This apartment is Unit 2 East which is on the second floor and offers washer, dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning, open and shared outside shower, 2 TV's with expanded cable, wireless internet and two off street parking spaces. If you have a large family, why not rent Unit 1 West as well? No Pets or Smoking Please.
Guests staying 7 nights or less pay an $110.00 Cleaning Fee. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Great Location

The apt is cute and so close to the boardwalk and bike trails. We enjoyed the dinning room area with all the big windows as you could see the boardwalk and water out of the side window.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The location is just steps from the ocean and having two parking spots right next to the house was so convenient. There was plenty of space to relax inside with two toilets and two showers, plus a kitchen stocked with essentials and a fridge that kept everything cold. Overall it was a comfortable and well-situated home that made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved sitting on the porch and watching the ocean and being able to hear the waves in the early morning. I like how there are sliding glass doors on the porch that allow in the air. The beds were comfortable.I did wish that there was some dishwasher tabs left under the sink for the dishwasher, some laundry detergent for the washer, extra toilet paper under the sinks, and maybe an extra paper towel roll there. These things would make the stay a bit easier. I recommend bringing your own pillows.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay- we had an issue with the fuses blowing but management did their best to address the situation. Upon arrival there was a strong smell of cleaner so we could tell the property was cleaned.. however there was a #2 #stain (that we removed) on the outside of the master toilet. The master shower is a joke/useless, we all used the hall bath. Otherwise the location is the draw- it definitely outweighs the cons.

nice accommodation in great location

for a family with varying ages (school age kids through grandparents) this was a great location for easy access to boardwalk and beach. Outdoor showers were a great plus, and parking was easy. Facilities were clean and everything functional to our needs.

Location is the best feature

If you want to be 100 steps from the beach, this is a great place to stay. It is a bit tight for a family of 4 in the living area, but plenty of table seating in the enclosed patio space. The apartment needs some updating and maintenance, but it was clean and presentable. While it advertises 2 bathrooms, just be aware that it is really just 1 real bathroom a family can use with a very small toilet room in one of the bedrooms.

Very close to the beach!

This place was super cute! We loved how close it was to the beach and the boardwalk. Only complaints are that the master bedroom/bathroom were pretty cramped and the bed was not comfortable at all. Otherwise we had a great experience there.
