Beautiful typical Spanish villa (130M2) with private pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain for 4/6 people maximum. The villa is located in a very quiet area with a few houses nearby, 5 km from the beach and 8 minutes by car. Large parking with electric gate. 2 large terraces, one in the shade with garden furniture and dining area. Petanque.
.The accommodation has a magnificent swimming pool, overlooking the village, the mountains, the orange and vineyards. Comfort and proximity to the beach, places to shop, sports activities and places to go out make this villa an ideal place to spend your holidays with family or friends. The center of Moraira is 5 kms away. For the safety of children, the house is completely fenced.

We stay in villas every summer. Excellent holiday. Lovely Villa wonderful pool. Great area, just 5-10 mins from the main town and plenty of shops and smaller bars/restaurants even nearer. Martine was excellent and very helpfull. I would definately reccomend this Villa.

Parfait

La maison est conforme aux photos, rien ne manque dans cette maison. L'endroit est calme, proche des commerces, 10mn (voiture) de la plage, pleins de petit village à visiter. Martine ainsi que Nathalie et son mari sont très réactifs, c'est top. Il est certain que nous louerons de nouveau cette maison.

Globalement une maison bien entretenue dans un environnement calme quoique un peu trop éloignée avec très peu de voisinage. Très bien pourvue en matériel, attention quand même au transat, nous étions 6, la maison en possède 4 dont 2 cassés ou défectueux. Belle prestation !

Super verblijf gehad.

We hebben een super goed verblijf gehad. Mooie locatie , rustig gelegen, alles vlakbij: zee, centrum , haven , .. Zwembad en tuin zijn top👌 Villa is wel al verouderd en nood aan goeie opfrisbeurt , muffe / schimmel geur , airco’s vol stof, balken met spinnenwebben, maar vooral de geur stoorde. Keuken was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt 👌 tip mss een kleine over aanschaffen.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (5 personnes) la villa est très bien équipée il ne manque absolument rien. Le coin piscine est très agréable et sécurisé aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. La maison est dans un petit chemin entouré d’arbres fruitiers, ce qui permet un calme absolu et aucun vis à vis. Quelques guêpes effectivement autour de la piscine mais inoffensives et seulement dans un coin. L’annonce correspond à la prestation. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis sans aucun problème

Nice villa but listing needs updating

We rented with family including a frail elderly individual and kids. The booking process was easy and communication with the owner prompt and clear. However the check in process was not. We rang Natalie, who speaks no English, on our drive to Moraira only to be told by her English speaking mother in law that the renters before us had been allowed to stay longer that morning so they hadn’t cleaned and we could get in as listed from 2.30pm. We had to find somewhere to eat and do food shopping to fill the time. We didn’t get access to the villa until gone 4pm, by then we were hot and exhausted having been travelling since 2am. The villa was clean and as listed although we hadn’t noticed there is no oven in the kitchen. Makes some cooking very difficult, particularly for a party of 6, as not much fits in the microwave and it is only a grill, not an oven. Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped. The outside area is wonderful, lots of shade, different seating areas and the pool is amazing. Clean and warm. The pool cleaner visited 3 times during our stay, although once was to replace a broken part, but this didn’t affect use of the pool. Unlike the photos, there is no longer fake grass around the pool, which was disappointing as this would have made the area around the pool less slippery. The outside shower was so helpful as it was private and as the showers inside the villa have steps up or down into them and were exceptionally slippery so the eldest in our party couldn’t use them, the outside shower was useful. Inside the bedrooms were clean and well provided for but whilst the listing says housekeeper included, no housekeeping is done. In a 2 week stay we expect at least one villa clean and one change of sheets and towels but on asking Natalie we were told it wasn’t included, we’d have to pay extra or do it ourselves!! We don’t go on holiday to do housework! We did however wash all the bedding and towels and at one stage had to as one bed was crawling with ants midway through our stay. We moved one of the ant repellents, which are at various points around the villa into the bedroom which reduced them but didn’t completely eradicate them. On the whole it is a nice villa but be aware it is up a single track unmade road, which is precarious particularly if you are driving a hire car and wanting to avoid any damage! If a car comes the other way, one of has to reverse (in some cases quite some distance). Overall a nice stay but listing needs updating

Wir haben im Prinzip alles so vorgefunden, wie es ausgeschrieben war. Haus, Ausstattung und Lage prima. Teilweise sogar noch besser vor Ort als im Inserat ersichtlich. Die Wespenplage (tagsüber am Pool), die wir auch in anderen Bewertungen schon gelesen hatten, hatten wir allerdings auch. Auch nach raschen Bemühungen der Vermieter, Abhilfe zu schaffen, blieb das Problem tagsüber am Pool. Auch bei anderen kleinen Bitten war seitens der Vermieter immer sofort jemand da. Größeres Thema war allerdings der sehr schlechte bzw. unsere letzten Tage überhaupt nicht mehr funktionierende Internetzugang über Wlan, über den man meist nicht einmal halbwegs zügig Mails verschicken konnte.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Quelques petites choses nous ont un peu contrarié comme le fait qu’on devait payer un supplément pour l’électricité si on dépassait les 200 watts (chose qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce), le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de four ni de barbecue, la présence de guêpes aux abords de la piscine, les chambres un peu vieillottes, le linge de lit qu’il faudrait renouveler (dépareillé). Point positif c’est la proximité des commerces et l’accueil et la disponibilité de Nathalie, un grand merci à elle. Nous garderons quand même un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

Chouette villa pour famille

Tout s'est bien passé, la villa est bien située. Tout ce dont on a besoin est sur place. Les gérants sur place sont très aimables et aussi joignables. Seul gros bémole : il y a enormement de guepes a la piscine. il doit y avoir un nid dans les alentour. Les enfants ont eu tres peur a chaque fois qu'on allait nager. La proprietaire nous a dit que c'est la nature et que l'avant midi il y a moins de guepes... très decevant comme reponse apres avoir payé 200eur la nuit . On a essayé plusieurs methodes pour s'en debarrasser mais hélas(malgré l'aide du pisciniste). Aussi dommage qu'il n'y a pas de bbq. il y avait une plancha mais cela ne remplace pas un vrai bbq. Pour conclure, notre séjour aurait mérité 5 étoiles sans les soucis mentionnés ci-dessus.

Merci d'avoir déposé un commentaire. Oui, il est vrai que des guêpes viennent boire dans l'eau de la piscine. Nous avons sur place une personne de la famille qui vient effectuer un traitement spécial pour les guêpes tous les 15 jours, ce qui les fait fuir et/ou mourir. Il vérifie aussi toutes les semaines très tôt le matin s'il y à des nids. Lorsque j'ai reçu votre message, j'ai répondu le lendemain matin et je m'en excuse mais ayant été vacciné, je me suis retrouvée au lit avec de la fièvre. Cependant, je me suis inquiétée de suite et j'ai téléphoner à mon pisciniste pour m'informer de la situation ainsi que mon filleul sur place afin de vérifier et remédier avec une dose supplémentaire de produit dans la piscine. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement rien faire contre la nature, les jardins et fruitiers autour et à proximité de la villa attire les insectes. Mais je comprends très bien votre peur pour les enfants. Concernant le Barbecue! Une grande plancha, c'est bien mais effectivement, un vrai barbecue serait mieux. Le montant payé que vous indiquez à la nuitée n'est pas le prix que je reçois!. réservation via Homeways/Abritel, vous payez des frais de services, commissions , assurance etc mais le montant que je reçois est nettement inférieur. Merci d'avoir pris un peu de votre temps pour déposer un commentaire. Nous allons prendre compte de vos remarques pour l'arrivée de nos futurs clients. Bonne journée.

Our time in Moraira

We stayed at the villa for 11 nights in July. I have to say it’s one of our most relaxing holidays. From booking it, to checking in, to checking out everything went effortlessly. We had quite a late arrival and early departure time but it was no problem for Nathalie who met us at Moraira. The villa itself is in a residential area and very close to local amenities such as Carrefour and Lidl. Although based in a residential area it is in a quiet location just off the main road from the more built up areas. It’s so nice waking up to the sound of birds chirping. The villa itself is a great size and has everything you could possibly need for during your stay. We all loved the amazing pool and the extra bonus was the fact it was so private. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa which we availed of quite a bit. The only thing I would say is there may be a slight extra charge on departure if too much electricity is used. We didn’t know about this until we received the villa details after payment. It’s nothing major to worry about but it did make us rethink sometimes at the start of the holiday whether we needed to put the aircon on, as we weren’t sure how much we would exceed the allowance. After a few days we just didn’t worry about it and put it on anyway, accepting that we would have the extra charge at the end. It was too hot during our stay to try to cope without it, especially for the children. However this would definitely not put us off revisiting the villa, it was just something we were unaware of until after the full payments. The extra payment only ended up being £30 for the 11 nights and we did use it a lot so don’t panic like we did when you realise about the allowance!! Moraira itself and the surrounding towns are just beautiful to visit. Moraira is not short of amazing restaurants and has a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. We would highly recommend staying at this villa, you will not regret it.

Belle villa dans une belle région

La villa correspond exactement au descriptif. Cuisine super équipée (il manquerait éventuellement un grand four), villa de plein pied (un luxe dans cette région) spacieuse et très bien entretenue (l'intérieur comme l'extérieur). Toutes les notices à disposition . Literie et linge de maison impeccable. La belle piscine super exposée (soleil toute la journée, c'est le top) et surtout très bien sécurisée (entourée de murs et une barrière qui ferme à clé). Le salon du patio pour prendre des tapas et manger tous ensemble, à l'ombre et à l'air, ça fait vraiment vacances . La propriétaire Martine est très avenante et réactive si problème. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés.

Ce fût un de nos meilleurs séjours à la villa 'El Jardin del Sol' A recommander sans aucun doute, produit rare! Pourquoi? Parfait pour des vacances en familles réussies... La piscine est vraiment au top! les villages environnants sont magnifiques, l'architecture respecte pleinement la tradition espagnole (pas de building ou d'exploitation à outrance) et nous offres ses montagnes flanquées de villas blanches parfaitement en harmonie! La pierre du pays est omniprésente et offre des murailles exceptionnelles entourant les villas. La mer quant à elle est splendide avec ses couleurs turquoises... température agréable, un vrai régal ;-) A réserver/visiter sans modération... Christophe B.

Belle villa au calme

Villa très agréable , très tranquille à l'abri des regards, et en même temps, proche des commerces. Elle correspond tout à fait au descriptif donné par les propriétaires, Martine PETIT, qui est très attentionnée et très gentille (contact tel + mail). Merci pour le nom de l'anti moustiques. Maria et son mari sont là pour vous accueillir, très charmants et très disponibles. Le moindre soucis est réglé le jour même. La villa et la piscine étaient très bien entretenues. Si nous avions un petit point négatif à soulever, ce serait la literie dans la chambre à lits jumeaux, mais de rien grave. Très bonne literie dans les deux autres chambres.
