The house worked perfectly for our family! Lots of space to spread out, comfortable bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk and the beach. Lynn is so responsive and makes sure everything goes smoothly throughout the stay.

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at this beach house. We were two families, 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4yo to 14yo. The house had everything you need-we especially loved that the host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Everything was just as described-excellent location, we never used the car once after arriving! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. Thank you Lynn!

We had a great week with our family! The house was equipped with everything we needed. The abundance of chairs and other beach supplies was great! We loved the location and could stroll down to the beach to set up chairs early morning and could come and go to the beach as we pleased. My older parents would drive down, but I always enjoy walking the quiet streets. Dogfish Head is a family favorite and the 5 minute (or less) walk was a treat!Thanks for a fantastic week!

We loved our week at this home! Definitely would rent again. Host very friendly and helpful and we loved the location. Having never been to Rehoboth Beach, we feel like we lucked out picking this location. Very sweet walkable neighborhood.

We’ve rented quite a few places and this was one of the best. Just as described, clean, kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, bowls, etc, everything we might need. We’ve rented many houses where there is minimal paper products, so my wife always buys more on the way. This house bad plenty of paper towels , facial tissue and toilet paper. We picked it because it’s walkable to the beach, boardwalk and shopping area. Lynn communicated well and made sure we had everything. Good AC for the hot humid weather in July. Highly recommend. If we return to the area, we’ll try to stay here

Excellent beach vacation spot

Lynn’s home was a wonderful place to stay for our restful and relaxing beach vacation. Everyone got their own bed and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for everyone. I’d definitely consider this location in the future.

Great Trip

The house was comfortable for our family of 9! The neighborhood was quiet, yet it was a short walk to Starbucks and the Summer house Restaurant. I would stay here again!

Perfect house!

We had a fantastic stay! Lynn was super communicative throughout the process and check in was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach but tucked in a quiet neighborhood at the same time. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and house

Lynn was a great host and very attentive to all things around the house. It is very convenient to walk to the Main Street as well as the beach, and great chairs and umbrellas during our time there. I’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in rehoboth.
