Enjoy the well-appointed open floor-plan for gathering with family and friends. The living area features wood floors and a pool table for endless entertainment. Well-equipped kitchen with tile floors, all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Two master suites, each with king beds and private bathrooms. There are three covered, furnished balconies for relaxing. Step out the back door to your own 8.5’ x 19.5’ private swimming pool. Exterior amenities include a furnished pool area, exterior shower, and parking for four vehicles.

A Tropical Paradise

We arrived to the place looking and smelling great! The location is perfect and the house came with everything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. We love how the house felt so roomy yet very welcoming and warm at the same time. Many memories were made laughing around the table, playing games of pool, swimming, and of course sitting on the balconies watching and listening to the ocean! We love this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and rental experience. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10 and we had a great time. House definitely needs a deep clean and some updates. The pool area was great.

Happy week at Rosalia del Mare

We loved our stay at this beach house! It was beautiful, and very conveniently close to the beach. We have a very large family and the house accommodated all of us. There were a couple of places in the house that were not entirely clean when we arrived, (one set of sheets in one of the rooms wasn't clean, and under one of the beds in another room had trash and chewed up granola bars underneath it), but that was the only issue we had, and it was minor. We were very grateful to be able to stay here.

Great property with one correctable issue

This is a great property. It is very close to beach access, has a small private pool, and comfortably accommodated several families. My one complaint is the failure of the rental management company to timely resolve a small issue involving an outside electrical outlet needed to charge our golf cart. Calls were made over the course of several days with assurances that someone was being sent to repair. Three days after the initial call, the problem was resolved.

Short Walk to the Beach

Great location! We had three families staying with kids of different ages. It had a nice open area, plenty of space for everyone. Short walk to the beach on a quiet road so safe for older kids to walk back to the house on their own. It is as advertised.

Overall great location, very near. Wish owner have upkeep the property little better. Found the balcony patio door broken, one of teen almost got hurt while opening the patio door, entire glass door frame came off. First floor flooring was sticky, all beds were old and sunk.

Excellent communication with Sea Star reality & very responsive. Gave us early access for some of my group arriving early. All was very nice and would stay there again....
