The villa is located in a quiet residential area, near the magnificent Pinarello beach, 15 minutes' walk from the seaside village.
Fully air-conditioned villa, composed of a large kitchen open to the living room and very well equipped, with Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker + filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge (freezer and washing machine in the cellar).
Living room of 50m², composed of a dining area and a living room with corner sofa and 55 inch LED TV, large bay window opening onto a PEE terrace.

4 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with private bathroom (large walk-in shower, WC) and 160 cm double bed.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm
1 bedroom with double bed of 160 cm.
1 bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Guest toilet

IPE terrace of 150m² on a plot of 1000m².
Swimming pool 10m x 4m, heated and secure with an immersion alarm, flat bottom, salt treatment.

Beautiful, new house with a lot of space for everybody. Large terrace with heated pool. Landlords are very friendly and assist in case of questions. Definitely recommended :). Thank you for the amazing stay!

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, wobei ein paar korsische Dekoartikel/Bilder noch schön wären. Die Kücke ist super ausgestattet inkl. Staubsauger und Waschmaschine. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Bäder, eine separate Toilette sowie eine Toilette mit Dusche im Poolhaus. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr gut. Bis zum Strand von Pinarellu sind es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Dieser ist sehr flach mit vielen Sandbänken und somit ideal für kleine Kinder. Auch der Strand St. Cyprien ist in 15 Autominuten erreichbar. Die weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Bonifacio oder der Col de Bavella mit den Badegumpen und der Möglichkeit zum Canyoning sind ca. eine Autostunde entfernt. In der Nähe (10 Minuten Fußweg) befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelhändler mit Obst, Gemüse, Backwaren und Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs.

Absolument fabuleux ! Très bon accueil avec une petite attention de bienvenue appréciée. Paule est aux petits soins et très à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Nous avons séjourné dans une très belle maison contemporaine récente, très cocooning et spacieuse avec des prestations haut de gamme tels que la piscine chauffée, équipements cuisine tout neufs et literie haut de gamme. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique et la villa est un excellent point de départ pour visiter la Corse du Sud. A 10 minutes à pied, vous trouverez les plages… Mille mercis à vous 2 et bonne continuation.

Super séjour dans une très couette maison. Tout est neuf dedans avec vraiment tout les équipements au top (presse agrume, bouilloire, machine nespresso, des jeux pour les enfants, boule de pétanque, molki…). Nous reviendrons volontiers. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Très belle villa

La villa est magnifique, moderne, très agréable et très bien aménagée. La maison est très propre. Les espaces sont grands et permettent de vivre facilement à 8 personnes. La maison est très bien équipée, y compris dans la cuisine avec beaucoup de vaisselles et d'ustensibles. La piscine est très agréable, ainsi que le jardin avec des jeux pour les enfants. La maison est bien située, à côté de la mer et de commerces de proximités. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants et de bons conseils. Je recommande cette villa.
