Fantastic 4th of July trip at Two Steps Down

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful stay at Two Steps Down. It was perfect for us - clean, cozy, well-stocked and (best of all) right in the middle of everything in downtown Blowing Rock. We loved the fire pit! It was great to have a fenced in yard for our dog. We will definitely be back!

Hot tub was awesome. Previous page required me to rate the winery experience. Not sure what that even is...??? It was pet friendly but we didn't have a pet. Comfort of the mattress was amazing. We are looking into getting one for our home if you can give me some info on it.

Quaint Hideaway

A lovely hidden spot in the heart of Blowing Rock. You are steps away from everything in Blowing Rock but a quite retreat when you want to escape and recharge. The outdoor amenities are excellent, and the indoor area is very comfortable.

Excellent location and well maintained

This place was perfect for my wife, our dog, and me. The fenced in yard and great location. Right on Sunset Dr, right downtown. The interior was tastefully decorated, very clean, and as advertised. Fairly new appliances and everything was in top working order. We would stay here again on our next visit to Blowing Rock.

Beautiful accomodations with all the extra thoughtful touches. Loved the courtyard area that gives you a private outdoor space, and the hot tub is a nice bonus! Amazing Spring Weekend

Spent a first weekend away with a special friend and it was amazing. Check in process was super simple and even allowed to get in earlier than expected which got our weekend started even better than expected. Host was super nice and openly communicated with any questions I had. Couldn’t ask for better experience and will definitely look to use Diamond properties anytime I go back to Blowing Rock!!

Perfect location & well equiped charming getaway

We had a great stay in Blowing Rock at Two Steps Down. The unit is immaculately clean, with great decor, comfortable furnishings, and one of the most well equiped rentals I have ever seen. Everything was there for us to cook when we wanted to and great restaurants and shops are just outside the door. It included a parking spot and we never got back in the car until time to go home. Will definitely go back there again!

This property was exceptional in every way. Check-in ,location,decor, amenities. Everything was top notch for comfort and I am extremely particular about cleanliness and this property was well above 5 star.Especially in light of the situation with Covid , you could tell the owner paid special attention to details. We visit Blowing Rock frequently and this was the first stay here and hope to make it our go to place.

Close to downtown with hot tube

The location is great, only 1 - 2 blocks up to the shops and main street. The unit is newly remodeled and has a nice patio, fenced yard, and hot tub. All furnishings are new., with a nice gas fireplace inside and a well-appointed kitchen. There is some noise from the upper unit but mostly footsteps. Overall, very comfortable, and in a great location.

Absolutely lovely!

The place was wonderful. Very cozy & cute. Location is so nice & walkable to the cutest parts of downtown Blowing Rock. Our only issue was that the listing doesn’t make it clear that the unit is a basement unit, below another VRBO. It is also listed as a private hot tub, but it is also advertised to the unit upstairs, so they were using it as well.
