About this property

Quiet villa with private pool well equipped and well located

Quiet, on 1200m2 of enclosed garden with trees, it is composed on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen with access to the covered terrace and traditional barbecue, a living dining room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with storage (1 140 bed + 1 120 bed with 90 drawer bed, 2 90 beds), a large bathroom with double sink and toilet independent. The exteriors are very pleasant around the beautiful swimming pool with its deckchairs, its lawned garden, its large sheltered terrace or its deckchairs for lazing around in the shade of the cherry trees!
In addition, the garden is closed, garage in the basement of 90m2, a small dog will be welcome, 2 parking spaces in the property and connection @ in Wifi!
A beautiful rental for a family holiday in the eastern Pyrenees!

Optional cleaning at the rate of 150€. To be requested when making your reservation. Two deposit checks will be requested, cleaning deposit of €150 (if cleaning not taken) and damage deposit of €1,500.

Très belle semaine

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Pia. La maison est spacieuse et la piscine idéale pour 6. La terrasse à l'ombre, les chambres facilement aérées et la piscine permettent de passer un super séjour même lors des températures élevées... Très bien située aux abords de Bompas, la maison est à 15mn des plages, et permet facilement de se ballader dans la région. Je recommande !
