Norway Hus is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The interior offers plenty of natural light, with a large kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry room, counter dining space and dining room, family room and separate living room that leads upstairs to three bedrooms and full bath. The master bedroom and bath on the first level are spacious and luxurious. Beautifully appointed, yet Door County casual furnishings and decor make this house special.

The wooded yard is great, too! A deck with table and chairs, BBQ grill and a fire pit, as well as enough room for yard games for family fun. A short walk down Anderson Lane to Eagle Harbor, restaurants, library, shops, boat harbor and launch and public beach is an added benefit. A large enclosed porch offers a hide-a-bed and game table.

Great place to relax.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with no noise this is it. Quick drive to Sister Bay for shopping and dining. Large bedrooms and plenty of room for an extended family and friends.

Great house in a beautiful location and pet friendly!

Our family stayed in this lovely home and loved the house, yard and location. We were close to all the Door County place we enjoy. The house is located in a quiet, wooded area that's within walking distance to downtown. Super comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and cozy areas for the family to gather.

We spent a wonderful week surrounded by sweet peas in a very beautiful space....inside and out. We could bike to popular sites and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Host had thought of everything to make our stay fun and easy.

Where do I start!!. Beautiful home, from all the touches of Ephraim art, to the nature (flowers all around the yard) of the property, to the location (walking distance to the heart of Ephraim) , and even the cleanliness and layout of the house. The owner was just delightful. We will always try to stay in this home when we return. Hard to leave. Thank you for a lovely week.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the home very much! It has a spacious kitchen, allowing us to cook and share meals together. Bedrooms were comfortable. Firepit was nice to use. Good location to everything in the county. Ephraim Getaway

Large property with a Tranquil setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching various wildlife; rabbits, deer, squirrels and birds. It was close enough to the town to be able to walk everywhere. The house was fully stocked for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable.

Girls trip with 6 women. Lovely space. Deer spotted multiple times in the yard. Bring your charger blocks, no USB charger ports available. Looking forward to staying here again.

Ephraim with familia

Ephraim is a great location for Door County. Kind of a midpoint on the peninsula for our activities. Norway Hus was a perfect location about a half mile walk to Rt 42, it is very quiet yet close to the action. Kristy was a most considerate host, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Excellent home, excellent location.

We rented the Norway Hus for our annual family trip to Door County. We had a fabulous time. It’s an older home, with all the charm that goes with the home of that era, but with all modern conveniences. It was so clean, comfy, and cozy, and a perfect location. Brad, the host, communicated well. We’d definitely come back!

Lovely home for a family gathering

Located in a quiet forested residential neighborhood this home was the perfect place for a summer vacation. Large trees shaded a lawn for kids to play while adults relaxed on a backyard patio or large front parch. There is a large well equipped kitchen, den/TV room, large dinning room as well as a front sitting room. Every room is tastefully decorated to add to a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere, We can’t wait ro come back.

Charming!

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Norway Hus! Not only is this a prime location with close proximity to Ephraim, Peninsula Park and Fish Creek, the home is VERY clean and well stocked. We visited with grandparents and adult children and there was plenty of room to spread out for everyone. The property manager was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We will be back!

Lovely and very spacious home located in an ideal spot in Ephraim

This is a lovely home and has much more space than the photos show. Everything was very clean. Very comfortable beds too which made for a very restful sleep alter spending all day outdoors. Everything you need is provided. Excellent yard for the kids to play plus a fire pit! We loved the back deck. Close enough to walk to the Ephraim Yacht Club, restaurants, water, etc.We definitely recommend.this home.

Very nice and cozy place. Easy to communicate. One small thing that I would change in welcome letter - "guests to bring their own charcoal", otherwise all is organized very well and we found everything we needed. Next time will spend more time

We are life-long residents of Door County and have raised our two daughters here. We purchased this house from a family who summered here for about forty years. This house has so much character and the yard offers a private retreat for family and friends.
