Our Buffalo River Retreat sits in a quiet wooded area close to the Buffalo River and adjacent from the old railroad trail. Perfect for bringing the ATVs! Located on the East side of Highway 20 behind Elk Creek Ranch approximately thirty minutes from the West entrance of Yellowstone Park. This cabin offers the comfort and conveniences of home while being on your Yellowstone vacation. Buffalo River Retreat has a cozy living room with one private bedroom on the main floor plus a semi private loft that could almost act as a second bedroom. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities from a dishwasher to all your basic pots and pans needed for cooking with the family. The main level bedroom has a king bed while the loft has a double size bed and two twins. There's a shared bathroom on the main level along with the half bathroom in the loft.

A great stay near the Buffalo River.

Warm and cozy, even on a late September rainy day. Just feet from a trail that you can walk for miles. The river and meadows are just a short distance, full of wildlife, deer, bear and moose although all we saw were cows.

Cozy cabin in prime location!

We loved staying at this cabin! It was clean, cozy, and felt like we were staying with relatives. The check-in process was exactly as described and the cabin was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again - thank you for an awesome few days!
