Spent part of our Spring Break in Fruita to take in the trails and activities. Excellent home with all of the amenities, and centrally located to the National Monument and multiple trail systems for mountain biking and hiking. Would definitely book again.

This is one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious and perfect for a family gathering. It was comfortable and well stocked. Convenient location for nearby mountain biking. Large garage to safely store bikes. We couldn’t have asked for more and hope to come back again soon!!

Small town, great house, fun MTB trails

Stayed at this Fruita house for a week with friends. Great house with lots of room for several adults, large two car garage. The minimal light pollution allowed views of the Milky Way and meteor showers-awesome. Great spots outside and in to gather and hang out. Make sure to visit Grand Junction a few miles away. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Our local and out-of-town family of 6 (plus dog) came together over the Christmas holiday for a wonderful stay at Black Bear IV. The house was immaculate, roomy and well stocked with necessities. Great rental for short or long stays

Spent a long weekend in the area after living there for over 50 years for a funeral service for my mother. With serveral family members attending it was more economical and pleasurable to rent a Vrbo and the Black Bear house was perfect for us. It was my 2nd time renting a vrbo and it was a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to search visit Fruita property management inventory to rent on my return to the area again.

A beautiful and spacious house/ home

We enjoyed staying at this clean rental house. It had all the amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A spacious living room and a nice kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing meals for our family was so convenient. The bedrooms were just right with comfortable beds. Another plus is the patio with furniture where we had our breakfast each morning. Yes will stay there again.

We like the location because of the upscale, quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home.
