The apartment is located in the heart of Annecy's historic old town, in the most popular and liveliest district, with pubs, restaurants, boutiques, weekly markets and flea markets. This very central location and the lively atmosphere can be a nuisance for some people, especially during the summer months (noise).

However, the alcove bedroom with glass roof overlooking the living room insulates the night area.

Great location in Annecy

We loved the location of this property - a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of Annecy. Many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Large bathroom in the property was excellent but the washroom seemed to run low on hot water after only one shower - leaving someone showering second in a race to beat the cold water! One thing to note is that there was a bit of noise from the restaurant below - this wasn't a big issue for us but for someone who needed to sleep early this could have been a problem.
