Escape to Hoosier Haven, our beautifully renovated 1,500 sq ft condo in Bloomington! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 8 and is perfect for families or groups.

Features a dedicated workspace, fully equipped kitchen, and is just over a mile from Indiana University`s Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium. Enjoy a peaceful retreat with easy access to campus energy and city transit.

The Space

Step into a bright, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated 1,500 sq ft space designed for comfort and convenience. This two-story condo offers:

Main Living Area (Downstairs):

-Spacious living room with a large sectional sofa (converts to a bed) and a TV.
-Dedicated desk and chair, creating a perfect spot for remote work.
-Convenient half-bath with an in-unit washer and dryer.
-Kitchen: Fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with abundant counter space.

Bedrooms (Upstairs):

-Primary Suite: King-sized bed with a private ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo).
-Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed.
-Third Bedroom: Two twin beds.
-Second full bathroom: Tub/shower combo

Supplies Provided: ground coffee, filters, oil, salt, pepper, linens, towels, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Guest Access

Your entry code will be sent the morning of your check-in for convenient 24-hour access after 4:00 pm.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo during their stay. This includes all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the small outdoor space at the back of the unit.

Interaction With Guests

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app or by phone.

Other Details to Note

There is a small outdoor space at the back of the condo. Please note that outdoor chairs will be added in the spring.

Girls Getaway

Cute little condo exactly what we were looking for

This was an excellent place to stay and the location was perfect. It was so cute and roomy and we just felt like we were at home. I personally did not sleep on the master bed but my mom did and said that that was the best night's sleep she's had in forever. I highly recommend using Stephanie's condo.

Clean property

We stayed here during a visit to the IU campus. The inside of the property was very clean. Communication and check in/check out was clear and easy. We were able to easily fix meals and relax when we were not out exploring Bloomington and the surrounding area. The sweet bread rolls were a hit as well with my boys.

Family trip home

I’m originally from Brown County and I live in Florida with my husband and three kids (23, 21 & 16). We flew home for the holiday to see my family and spend some time on campus, basketball game, etc. The condo was beautifully redone! It was so comfortable for all of us and all of the kids slept really well (and they can be picky)! It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend based on proximity to stadiums, campus and downtown! Gave 4 stars for neighborhood due to occasional non-tobacco smoke odor at certain times of the evening (could only smell it in the parking lot though, NEVER inside the unit). We would absolutely stay here again!!

We have stayed in a lot of different properties in Bloomington, and this is by far the best. With a family of tall, active guys, I appreciated the size and space in all rooms, including in the three bathrooms. Walking in, we were so impressed with the super clean, newly redecorated, well-appointed livingroom and kitchen-dining area. The beds were so comfortable, with really nice linens and blankets. Towels were fluffy and large, and there were plenty of basic supplies. The owners welcomed us with a lovely card and the best cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten in the freezer. My sons were delighted by the speed of the internet and great wifi coverage, while I was happy serving meals in the attractive bowls and serving dishes. I can imagine what a fabulous nest this would be on a game weekend, just a 15 minute walk from the stadium. That being said, it was clearly not a "party" house because the neighbors were quiet and the owners clearly have taken care to create a calm and welcoming home environment. We will definitely keep this property on our preferred list when we come to Bloomington!

This is a lovely property. The unit was very clean and decorated beautifully. Also, it was well stocked and provided a lot of convenience items. The floor plan is great and the bedroom layout suited my family well. Stephanie was a wonderful host. She met all her timeline promises and quickly responded to all correspondences.

Great Place

This is one of those VRBOs that is true to its pictures and description. It was immaculate and comfortable. The complex it is located within is a bit rough around the edges but otherwise a great place to stay. The neighbors made their presence known occasionally, but nothing too big a deal. Recommend staying here!

Nicely equipped condo

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo. Very nicely equipped with items necessary for a long weekend stay with plenty of towels and amenities. Communication was accurate and timely. I would recommend this property. Surrounding construction noise was somewhat problematic for my athletes during their rest periods. However, this is not the owner's fault. However, it would have been nice to consider this issue at the time of booking.

Hoosier Basketball Weekend

Great location for Hoosiers fans to get to the games. Owner was great to communicate with and even offered us a late check out when game time was pushed back from the original scheduled time for tv purposes. Very clean and would highly recommend.

Lots of space

Super easy checkin and checkout. Stephanie was very responsive when we had hiccups with our stay. Loved the amount of space and small touches to keep us from needing to run out for supplies. All three of us were able to spread out. The Roku TV came in handy when there was poor weather. The owners and Stephanie have great taste in food.
