You won't be able to ignore the views from BeachCrest 803. This beach retreat has all you need for your 30A getaway. Views. Beach chairs. Pool. Easy beach access. And on top of that, the location can't be beat as you're central to all the dining, shopping and entertainment the South Walton area is known for.

At 803 there is plenty of room to entertain with dining for 6 at the table, 2 at the kitchen counter peninsula and additional seating on the balcony. Soak up the sun and the salt air on your balcony. The view is outstanding! We know you'll be spending your time out here, when you're not at the beach of course.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, balcony access. Private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Sleeper sofa in living area pulls out to a queen bed.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

803 Beachcrest Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The ice maker was shut off when we got there, however, and so we called to get maintenance to help out. They came on Saturday to fix it but never let us know they were there. We called on Wednesday to see if they were coming in to fix it and they said they already had! We went all that time making ice cubes with trays we bought. Would have been nice to have been informed they had been there. Everything else was fine. Only suggestion is more comfortable chairs for the balcony. The recliners were a nice surprise!

Awesome beach view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property's location on 30A and view from balcony were fantastic. Condo itself needs updating. Furniture, beds, bathrooms need some attention. Luckily we had great weather and did not spend much time in the condo. Balcony patio could use some furniture. It only had two plastic chairs(old and didn't look clean) and a bench that wasn't accessible because it was too wide for the balcony. Enjoy Beachcrest but may choose a different unit next time.

Beautiful view dated condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in the condo but it needs some TLC especially for the price.Dated and uncomfortable sofa and chairs.Small dated bathrooms.The kitchen needs new pots and pans I think they assume everyone goes out for every meal. The second week we were there it was crazy busy with kids especially the pool which is small for the amount of units in the building.
