DESCRIPTION
'The Beach House' is in a superb location on the Northumberland coast overlooking the sea at Beadnell on Harbour Road - boasting the most amazing sea views. If you are coming to the Northumberland Coast this is where you want to be.

This seafront property is in a great location with a shop 5 minutes walk away - and a great pub (The Craster) and restaurant (The Towers) 10 mins walk away. 'The Landing' by the 'Big Beach' 3 mins away!

We have 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 - 2 doubles and 1 twin ) and playroom (extra tv area), laundry room, well-equipped kitchen. The spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and living room boasts a centre island and leads onto a wooden balcony, which is a great sun trap in the evenings. No pets or smoking I am afraid. There is a layout map on this site. It is a detached property with parking.

CHANGEOVERS: We let for full weeks during summer school holidays with Friday changeovers. We offer three-night weekend and four-night midweek short breaks the rest of the time with change-overs on Mondays and Fridays.

The beautiful spacious open plan living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor together with a double bedroom and modern bathroom. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor (1 x double and 1 x twin ), a games room with tv, you can bring your own games console to plug in. There is also a shower room with powerful shower, basin and wc, and a utility room with a back door.

The kitchen has a granite work surface and centre island. Woodburning stove in the open living room with fantastic views out to sea through a large picturesque window.

It is decorated to a high standard throughout with 2 bathrooms (one with bath and hand shower and the other with a double shower unit). The property is well cared for and kept to a high stand so you will be very comfortable during your stay.

There is a balcony off the kitchen - which is a real suntrap with outdoor dining table and seating.

The Beach House has the most amazing views over the north sea - one of the best locations in Beadnell for the sea views and is consistently awarded top marks by all our guests.

We have signed up to BT Infinity Wi-Fi.

Note: We are a great location if you are attending a wedding at Newton Hall, Bamburght Castle or Ellingham Hall. Sorry, no hen or stag or young group parties, please.

Beadnell Bay hosts some great sights and views, including rare Arctic Terns during the summer months, water sport activities including surfing and kiteboarding are also available (one guest spotted a dolphin out the window). Bikes available for hire locally and will be delivered to your door. Places of interest such as Bamburgh Castle (5 miles), the Farne Islands (2 miles) and the historic market town of Alnwick (12 miles) are all easy accessible by car or bus.

The Beach House is a great property whether you are just a couple or a family or group of friends.
