Neo Breton house surrounded by an enclosed garden, located directly on the west side of Ile Tudy, facing the river. Amazing views ! Possibility to bring cars in the garden. Storage room for bikes, surfboards, etc.
Excellent location near the beach (150m), superb sea view. Functional but neat layout. Possibility of swimming in front of the house.
