Cute and Comfy Cottage - 1 Mile to Wells Beach & 3 Miles to Ogunquit Beach!

The cottage has several upgrades.. Close to beaches, lots of restaurants, go carts, minature golf and a trolley service to take you where you want to go. This beautiful unit is 5 minute walk to the main pool. The unit is a stand alone, 2 bdrm, 1 queen Size bed, 2 twin beds, 1 pull out couch that sleeps 2, ceiling fans in each room. Parking for 3 vehicles. Tv's in master bedroom, livingroom (smart tv) and on the porch. New for 2025 a brand new bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer and sunny and bright 3 seasons porch. A private patio area out back with 2 chairs, table and gas grill.

What a lovely perfectly clean vacation spot in Moody Maine. The owners attentiveness is excellent. The location is also excellent, so close to the beach. The pool area is amazing with a good size pool, kiddy pool and an awesome hot tub. We hope to be back many times!

Perfect location

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed ourselves just as much as we did the first time. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect for us since we like to venture to the beach, ogunquit locations and visit Kennebunk.

Beach dreams cottage

We have stayed at various cottages at beach dreams for 10+ years and this cottage was the most well stocked with extras like paper towels, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, etc. I was less than 5 min walk to the main pool. Excellent hosts.

Awesome cottage equipped with a ton of essentials! Some lovely welcome gifts greeted us upon arrival and we felt right at home. Cottage was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the complex pool and clubhouse were an excellent perk. Short drive to Wells, North, and Ogunquit beaches, as well as restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. Pam was super easy to communicate with and ensured it was a relaxing vacation.

Best trip ever!

Pam and Andy could not be better hosts. Their cottage was PERFECT for our stay with our toddler. It was immaculately clean, and Pam and Andy provided so many helpful extras (toilet paper, paper towels, water, and even white wine!) the pool is like a three minute walk and it’s GREAT. truly could not recommend it more.
