Walkable to retail shops and restaurants. It's a perfect place to have a memorable Colorado vacation. If you are visiting in Summer, it is just a short walk to the Dillion Marina, bike rentals, hiking trails, and nature. No matter what the season, this condo will serve you and your family's Colorado adventure home base.

Your Colorado Getaway is located just behind Frisco Historic Park which makes it so easy to find. Our guests enjoy the walkability factor the most. The free shuttle to Copper Mountain is just one block away. Just walk to your favorite coffee shop, restaurant, or get your gear (skis/boards/snowshoes/bikes) at Rebel Sports. This location is just walking distance from fine dining at Frisco Prime to hometown cooking at the Log Cabin.

If you want to arrive, park and not drive again until you leave, this little condo is for you. We are located just 1 block from the Free town shuttle that can get you to most ski resorts, shops, and grocery stores too.

We are Colorado natives that love the great outdoors. It just seemed to fit that we would have a property in the mountains. With more than 7 years of hosting guests, we know how to communicate and set clear expectations with our guests. It is the little things that matter most when staying via VRBO, like really nice bed linens, pillows, throw blankets, nice cookware, plates, oils, spices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate that make the difference between a place to stay and the "Colorado Vacation Experience".

Why they chose this property

Walkable. This recently remodeled Mountain Compofortable Cozy Frisco Getaway is ideally located for winter or summer fun. Being just steps from retail rental shops, restaurants, and shuttle stops, this property makes the walk, just another part of the small-town Colorado vacation experience.

In winter, we love the fact that the bundle and walk 1 block to town for dinner or live music. Our guests love the first-floor access point and large entry to easily place skis, boards, boots, and bikes. The free shuttle to Copper is just 1 block away and the shuttle to Breckenridge is just 5 blocks away. Makes it easy to leave the condo with your gear and get to the slopes without driving! We provide 4 sets of snowshoes for your use too!

In the summer, guests can walk just 1 mile to the peak-to-peak trail or rent bikes and ride all the way to Breckenridge on a paved bike trail or even get to the Dillion Marina.
