We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds are comfortable. The view off the balcony is beautiful and we saw dolphins every morning. The condo is in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The air vents have a large amount of dirt on them which was off putting and there was also large chunks of dirt on the floor behind doors which was off putting but otherwise the condo was nice.

Overall the place was great, needed a little cleaning here and there. My main concern was the extra parking pass we paid for and didn’t get. We had a “warning” notice on the car within an hour of arrival and purchased a 2nd pass on site ( cheaper than what we were already charged) I am still waiting to hear of a refund for the other one we were charged for and didn’t receive) we never received any information about the WiFi on site either- that was not a big deal as we were too busy anyway. We would stay again and purchase parking on site. Security personnel on site were very nice as well.

Location was great. Balcony was amazing. Bedrooms were good size. The condo needs a thorough deep cleaning. Furniture had stains and worn. Pull out couch was broken and not usable. Bathrooms needed deep cleaning….sinks didn’t drain well. Hot water lasted 2 showers. Washer is big enough for 3 towels max.

Our stay was perfect. We were steps away from the beach/ocean. The condo was nice and clean and we had plenty of room. Really a nice place and our property manager, Leanne, was great and very helpful!
