This classy and tasteful balcony suite on the 2nd floor has the perfect ocean view. Enjoy your meals on the balcony with a table for two. You won't find a better breakfast spot in town! This condo has beachwood colored tile floors throughout. The queen sleeper sofa has a perfect view of the ocean or the 55" Flat Screen TV with the Popular channel line up (same as prior to October 2023 property wide change). The kitchen is fully equipped including 4 burner stove with oven. The bathroom boasts a light up mirror and a texture wall tile that carryon the cool coastal vibe. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room allow for a breeze, especially during the warm summer months. The bathroom has been updated with a newer tub and larger vanity. The bedroom boasts a king sized bed and 42" flat screen TV. SMALL PETS UNDER 35 LBS ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

My only complaint was there was not much storage space and that some of the furniture was a little bulky for the space (i.e. the dining chairs). We can't wait to come back!

To our pleasant surprise everything was VERY clean. The location on the beautiful beach was terrific. The beach was easily accessible, very wide and room for everyone in including the dogs. For us it was a simple relaxing getaway.

The king bed was very uncomfortable and the couch and pull out bed was even worse... the lighted mirror in bathroom did not work and hooks on back of bathroom door was just screws .. furniture on balcony was so uncomfortable to sit on and the slider door handle was broke and hard to open without it. ..This condo is far from gold.... We would stay here again because we loved everything about this place except that condo. We would just check a different condo next time... the check in was nice and made it simple. The pool area is clean and nice. The beach is beautiful.

Reviewer Comments: Room 211 is considered “gold” and at best should be a bronze. I have been to Beachers Lodge 7 times now and this, by far, is the worst condo we have stayed in. There are so many things wrong with the room. Paint peeling on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, the cabinet under the sink is falling in, etc. Also, there was next to nothing for cooking in the kitchen. Avoid this room if you can.
