Exquisite Ocean Edge Townhouse With Pool Amenities

Gorgeous 2BR/2BA townhome with loft. Open living-dining area with sliders to nice patio area. First floor bedroom with queen bed, spiral stairs to second floor loft with 1 twin bed and 1 full bed, second enclosed bedroom with 1 twin and 1 queen bed with full bath. Two bedrooms with A/C and owner also provides internet access. Only a short drive to Brewster town beaches.

Reservations include pool privileges available at an additional cost of $80 per week per adult and $40 per week per child. Fees are collected at Ocean Edge Resort. The Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Non-refundable $325 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $417.50 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes

The site with the golf was beautiful. Things not good or to be better : have a gas BBQ. The main room on first floor was smelling animal pee, it was disgusting. Also, they say Townhouse with pool amenities.....but the pool was 150 $ USD for the week. We didn't pay, so we didn't have access to the pool.
