Se quejaron por la barbacoa de gas y compramos una bbq de carbón para ellos que luego ni usaron. Hemos hablado para la llegada y con su GPS, dije que si necesitaban ayuda estaba disponible, lavavajillas averiado y repuesto en menos de 1 hora. Si enciende todo a la vez, 2 máquinas de aire acondicionado, horno, hervidor, etc. Con potencia contratada de 4,6 Kw, es normal que provoquen sobrecarga. ¿Ropa de cama rota? Es falso! ¿Casa de 3 cerditos? En la descripción se pueden ver las fotos de la casa y el jardín que se ajustan perfectamente con la realidad. ¿Dueño grosero y amenazante? Usted nos amenazó que va a la policía! ¿¿Vacaciones gratis??

Fijn huis in de zomer

Wij waren hier in december. Het dorp heeft 4 restaurants maar van slechte en ongezellige kwaliteit. Naar de kust ben je ca 45 minuten onderweg. Ronda is leuk om te bezoeken. Het bed ligt niet geweldig en heeft harde hoofdkussens. Vloer is ijskoud in de winter.

The villa is comfortable, with its own garden and a lovely view of the spectacular local countryside. It's ideal if you want to enjoy walks and touring the wonderful mountains and country parks.

Convenient for village

Within walking distance to village if your feeling energetic, 15-20 min walk. Equipped with basics for two, cosy. Sunrise restricted because of mountain, sunset early because of another mountain. Some peace and quite but the constant barking of dogs around, all through the day and night spoilt most of it, (nothing the owners can do of course but in the UK we would be complaining to someone, for the dogs sake?) Not far to drive down to Gibraltar if you think its worth it.

Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

Modern villa with all modern conveniences including air conditioning and we were very comfortable during our stay. Only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful village of Gaucin and the property enabled us to have a great walking and relaxing holiday with superb views from the property. Anabel was very helpful when needed and we would certainly recommend the area and the villa.

Excellent séjour à Gaucin

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances à Gaucin. La maison est très bien équipée et propre. Sa situation permet de bénéficier d'une belle vue et de profiter de la nature. La propriétaire nous a réservé un très bon accueil.

I am Gaucin and live in my town, the prettiest in Spain.
Here we live enjoying the tranquility of the countryside and the sounds of nature, our children grow up in a healthy environment without disturbing noises of the town's streets.
Come to Villa Evelyn and spend a pleasant holiday relaxation.

Why they chose this property

The finca has been of my husband's family from generations. The house was a studio without use. Now we have trasformed in a perfect and nice cottage for 2 or 3 persons.
We have made a fantastic garden with roses and lawn, where you can have the sun the most of days in the year on the sun-loungers.

What makes this property unique

The better of the house for me is the quiet, the fantastic mountains views, the songbirds and also you can watch the rapacious flying over the fields, when you look at the garden you can enjoy of the views.
We are surrounded of almonds, olives, chestnuts trees, and small overcoat the sun the most of the days in the year.
