keine Kommunikation mit Vermieter möglich

- die Vermieterin hat SMS-en mit unseren Zugangsdetails an fremde Telefonnummern geschickt - Verständigung ausschließlich in französisch - der angegebene Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden - Südseite und damit sehr warm, da kein Klima - um 06:30 war die Nacht beendet wegen Anlieferlärm - Straße auch nachts stark befahren

M THORAL a fourni sur ABRITEL un numéro de téléphone auquel il n’a jamais répondu lors de nos appels pour le contacter. Il n’a pas non plus répondu aux sms envoyés sur sa messagerie et sur whatsApp. Il n’a répondu à aucun de mes messages sur la messagerie ABRITEL. En ce qui concerne mon annonce, nulle part il n’est indiqué qu’il y avait une place de parking, mais Il est bien indiqué qu’il y a un parking privé payant (VINCI) au pied de l’immeuble. L’appartement est situé côté Sud et non côté nord comme l’affirme M THORAL Il n’est nulle part indiqué qu’il y a une climatisation mais il est indiqué qu’il y a un ventilateur En ce qui concerne le bruit je ne suis pas responsable des heures de livraisons dans la ville et en ce qui concerne l’animation le soir, Arcachon est comme toutes les villes balnéaires et il y a beaucoup de monde l’été. Mon appartement a des fenêtres neuves en double vitrage et il y a des volets

Appartement très bien pour nous 4, super bien situé, pour tout faire à pieds.Possibilité d'arrivée à une heure tardive avec la boîte à clefs. Communication avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie parfaite. A conseiller si vous venez sur Arcachon.

Bon sejour mer/ville

Localisation idéale pour adultes et grande autonomie pour les adolescents. La deco et l'equipement sont irreprochables et agréables. Les murs sont fins donc l'on entend les voisins dans la chambre parents et il manque des aérations lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées la nuit. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Appartement bien situé mais très bruyant. Literie déplorable

Bien que situé en centre ville il n y a pas de parking disponible. La literie est a changer obligatoirement.

Personne assez désagréable. Pour répondre à ses observations : 1) la literie a 6 ans et n'est utilisée que deux mois par an, c'est la 1ère fois que quelqu'un s'en plaint. 2) Pour le parking il est noté dans l'annonce qu'il n'y a pas de parking privé mais qu'il y a un parking public souterrain au pied de l'immeuble et dans la location il y a de la documentation pour tout ce qui est stationnement à Arcachon. 3) Au niveau du bruit, là aussi 1ère plainte. Notre appartement est comme indiqué en centre ville. La rue est passante la journée (comme toutes rue de ville balnéaire) mais il n'y a ni bar ni restaurant à proximité. 4) L'isolation phonique des fenêtres a été réalisée il y a un an grâce à des menuiseries aluminium hyper isolantes épaisses de 6cm. J'invite l'intéressée à louer sur "le plateau des milles vaches", la mer sera un peu loin mais elle aura du calme (attention quand même les vaches meuglent) et de la place pour stationner.
