The best place to watch our world-famous sunsets, however, is from the comfort of your own private screened-in lanai! Imagine the fun of sipping a drink on this lanai as you watch the Florida sun sink behind the Gulf waters or sipping a cup of your favorite morning coffee or Tea as you watch the dolphins play. It's a front row seat on one of nature's best shows that changes every minute.

Estero Island's hospitality blends perfectly with the Hawaiian atmosphere at this Gulf front resort. The warm Florida sun, the peaceful sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, and a tranquil, unhurried ambiance leave you relaxed and refreshed. Just sit back and relax by the pool or on the quiet /uncrowded beach but still be near many restaurants and night spots as well as its shops and boutiques.. Visit Fort Myers, about 20 minutes northeast, Naples about 26 miles south, or perhaps just a few miles south, spend the day at Lovers Key State Park, home to West Indian manatees, bottlenose dolphins, roseate spoonbills, marsh rabbits, and bald eagles. You are walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and marina or just take a short ride on the beach trolley to Times Square and The Pier.

The condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort Myers Beach coastline, bay areas, Sanibel Island and gorgeous sunsets. The best location in southwest Florida. Direct access to the gulf, 7 miles of white sandy beaches and the estuary where native birds feed daily. Herons, egrets, pelicans, osprey and roseate spoonbills are plentiful, playful and beautiful. Dolphins enjoy the pristine waters of the gulf and can be seen from your screened lanai all times of the day. Sunsets are absolutely breathtaking and different each time . if you’re lucky you may be able to see the green flash!

Our condo offers 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed with a private screened lanai/balcony with an unobstructed view of the Gulf, directly overlook Gulf shoreline on South Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) , Florida. The condo unit can accommodate up to four (4) adult guests. The unit has an efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, cook top, microwave, and cookware/dishware with utensils so that guests feel completely at home while on vacation. Our favorite place to rest and relax is either the resort’s large common heated pool area with hot tub or on the beach itself just a few steps away from your condo. .

This condo complex consists of only 44 total condo units arranged in horseshoe shape configuration (see complex plot shown in pics) that forms the common courtyard area for all the guests to enjoy. The condo complex is just a two stories of condo high so you never waste your precious vacation time finding a parking spot.
