About this property

ACROSS FROM ONE OF THE BEST BEACHES IN MAUI. BOOK NOW!!

Aloha and welcome to our home away from home in Paradise! The Kihei Kai Nani complex has been a part of our family for over 40 years. You could say that the Kihei Kai Nani and their staff are like our Hawaiian family (ohana).

Our ground floor unit (#148, in building 6) is in one of the most requested and desirable buildings in the whole complex. We've put a lot of care and time into choosing just the right amenities for our guests' comfort and enjoyment. Every year we come back to update and add even more amenities to make it a unit that our guests will want to return to again and again. We hope to have you as our guests real soon! Make sure you check out what our guests have said about their stay.

The Kihei Kai Nani complex is conveniently located in South Kihei right across the street from Kamaole II Beach Park, 16 miles from Kahului Airport and minutes away from Wailea, known for it's magnificent golf courses and upscale dining and shopping.

Our non-smoking unit is steps away from the large swimming pool, BBQ, and laundry facilities. We have completely furnished our unit with brand new furniture, living room and bedroom curtains, linens, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, coolers, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, 32' and 40' flat screen TVs, and a tiled lanai (patio). We also offer a queen-size Murphy bed, air-conditioning in the main living area and also in the bedroom, screened security door, ceiling fans, large closets and a hotel style digital safe for your valuables and/or laptop for added security. The complex also offers free parking and nightly security.
Nightly prices are for double occupancy. There will be an additional $25 laundry charge added for more than 2 people.

Ask about our two other condos that are available in close proximity. Perfect for when traveling with friends or family and want to stay close to each other, but have your own space.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refunds will be permitted.

The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

Great place to stay! The condo has everything needed. The Murphy bed is very comfortable and so is the bed in the master bedroom.It is very luminous and facing the pool. It is close to the laundry room. It is also very quiet. Many restaurants nearby. We will definitely come again.

Great getaway

Epic Vacation!!!!

Good Stay in Kihei

We had a nice and short 2 night stay with our two young kids. Location is great - right across the street from a great beach and easy driving to other parts of Kihei. Place itself is clean and a very nice touch with some welcome gifts upon checking-in. Easy to connect with the property manager who was very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful unit! Very well stocked - even keurig pods! Spacious and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach does tend to get windy so go earlier in the day. Very nice pool close by. Would definitely recommend. We loved it!!!

This property is very well maintained. A short walk to the beach with several amenities located within walking distance. Excellent communication from the owner and the operating support team. There is small patio with an overview of the pool however, no ocean view. A wonderful property and amazing hospitality!

First Maui Vacation with my Wife.

This was my Wife’s and mine first trip to Maui, and we could not be more happy with this condo. It was perfect. Very clean, provided beach chairs and towels, and has air conditioning. The balcony is roomy. We will for sure be staying here in the future. Thank you!

Great location

The location is perfect for everything. Pool, laundry and office very easily accessible from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed and more. Parking was always available close by. Top Maui beaches are right across the street. We had a small ant issue in the kitchen but they had spray available that helped. I will hopefully be able to get this exact condo again in the future.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was top notch. It was in the middle of everything you need, plus more, without the feeling of being in a more populated location. We loved all the restaurants that were nearby: deli, shave and ice, cinnamon roll place, seafood, Mexican food, I cream, and souvenir shops. My family spent a lot of time at the beach and pool and it was so nice to have both so close by! We thought it was awesome for you to provide so much beach gear, chairs, towels, etc. The condo was very clean which we appreciated. The Murphy bed was super comfortable. Thank you for a great experience.

Comfortable and Convenient

My husband and I stayed here with our two children for four days before heading up to Ka'anapali for the rest of our trip. We found the condo to be well stocked with everything that we needed. We appreciated that it even had stain remover for our clothes. We loved the location right next to the pool. There's a beautiful view right off of the lanai. We also loved being so close to restaurants and shopping. We visited The Cinnamon Roll Place twice during our short trip. We would definitely return to this property. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo! better than advertised!

This was a great place to enjoy our stay in Maui. The condo is beautifully updated and furnished! This ground floor unit with easy access had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has everything even a selection of spices. And the Murphy bed is so comfortable much better than a sleeper sofa!! Tracy has thought of everything and allowed guest the use of so many more things than expected...beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler ..... etc. The beach and park is just across the street and so easy to enjoy and relax.

Honeymoon in Paradise

Our stay at Tracy’a property was absolutely perfect!!! We had no issues, everything we needed for the basics was nicely stocked & very organized. The location was amazing being 3 minute walk to the beach & sunset. We had ground floor which was super convenient to walk right down to the pool & laundry. We would stay here 100% again & will recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful location, ground floor & clean property to stay at. The AC unit in the bedroom was a good bonus & the place never got super warm through the day even though it would get full sun for quite a few hours. Before our arrival, Tracy was easy to contact with any questions, although I didn’t have many since she was super helpful sending me all my information to email a week before check in. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay absolutely perfect & we hope to come back again!

Best Condo setup for a Vacation

Listing was accurate. Well-appointed unit. Kitchen has everything you will find in your own home. Beach gear and beach towels ready to use and enjoy. Unit is very quiet; you don't hear your neighbors at all. Queen mattress was very comfortable. Unit has murphy bed for additional guest, but we did not open up to try out. Owner emails were very informative and clear and local on island manager checked in via text to make sure everything was OK in the unit. It was relaxing experience start to finish. I live on Big Island and have stayed at other condos on other islands and by far the best one I have stayed at so far. Enjoy!

Stunning view and perfect location!

This condo exceeded our expectations all around. It was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could possibly need-including sunscreen and after-aloe! Every aspect of this unit was gorgeous, from the choice of tile to the linens to the furniture; it was truly spectacular. Our favorite part about the unit was its proximity to the pool. It's so nice being able to step out onto your lanai and drink coffee poolside (essentially). We had to use the Murphy bed one night due to my husband's vicious sunburn and even that bed was so inviting. The location couldn't be more perfect for us. The private beach across the street was closer than we imagined and the quiet little shops next door were so convenient and welcoming. I'm already missing the bar/restaurants that are next door. We made 808 bistro our everyday breakfast stop and ended up grabbing drinks every night at Moose Mcgillycuddy's. The Mexican food at Fred's is to die for. Of course we made the pricey trek out to Mama's Fish House at the beginning of Hana Hwy and it was worth every penny-the food and the views. All in all, we can't WAIT to go back and I'm missing it already. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Derek is a full-time Captain/firefighter in Oregon and also the VPO of his mother-in-law's company that consists of a motel, restaurant and three convenient stores. He's been a firefighter for almost 30 years and plans to retire at the end of 2022. I (Tracy) also work for my mom's company full-time and manage this condo and two others in the same complex. Together we have raised three amazing children. Our oldest daughter is a Registered Nurse and works for Children's Hospital of Orange County. She is married and her husband is also a Registered Nurse and works for City of Hope. Our son is a professional Firefighter in Spokane, WA. He's married to a twin and is expecting his first child in October. Our first grand baby! Our youngest will be graduating from high school in June and plans to attend Feather River Community College where she will pursue a Bachelor's degree in Equine Studies/Ranch Management. We vacationed in Maui for our honeymoon almost 31 years ago and have been going back ever since. We take our family there at least once a year and more often if our schedules allow. We love the peace and serenity you find in Hawaii.

My family has owned units in the complex for over 40 years. We love the fact that it's right across the street from Kamaole II beach. Kihei is our favorite part of the island.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the friendly staff at the Kihei Kai Nani. Our unit overlooks the pool and is located in one of the most popular buildings in the complex. The walk to the beach takes minutes and Kam II is the least crowded of the three beaches across the street. No rocky shoreline--just great snorkeling and swimming. We also have an amazing on-island agent who will take very good care of all of your needs while staying in our units.
