Great 3 bed / 2.5 bath newly renovated townhome
Newly renovated (March 2019). Cozy, three bedrooms, one with separate entrance/access from the outside, large wrap around deck, two 46 inch HD TVs with Roku streaming, and wifi.
Please note that there is NO CLEANING FEE associated with this rental.
Two bedrooms (with queen and full sized beds) on top level with shared, brand new bathroom with tub/shower combo. Middle level is the main entrance and has kitchen, dining and living areas with Roku-enabled HD TV, Blu-ray player, and brand new half bath along with a wrap around deck . Lower level with separate entrance (yet connected to the upstairs) has a small patio/deck, platform king sized bed, brand new bath with tile shower along with a Roku-enabled HD television. Parking for up to three cars is provided. Absolutely NO SMOKING on the property (and, of course, no drugs). Per homeowner association rules, smoking is allowed at the very bottom of the driveway by the mailboxes. As the owner I'm hardly subjective but all of my friends and family members find the accommodation to be comfortable, cozy and very charming.
