Our 4-women group loved this property! Being so close to so many beach amenities like Balboa pier, ferry, and even the frozen banana wrapped up our stay with smiles. Impressed with the cleanliness, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms made our stay comforting. Hoping to stay here again soon.

We had an amazing week. Can’t beat the location and the ground floor of the house with patio access had everything we needed! I dreamed of sipping wine on the patio and enjoying the sunrise and sunset with my family and my dream came true. Ann was an exceptional host and was immediately responsive to our requests. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

Four siblings reunion--all seniors 79. We have stayed here before and plan to do so again in 2027. Fun patio on the boardwalk--perfect for eating, drinking and people watching!

We love this beach house!

This was our second time staying at the property and our family absolutely loves it. Our children ask to go back all the time. The location is perfect and walkable to do many places. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need!

We had such a great time staying here. Perfect location, near everything we wanted to do. No car needed. There are bars, shopping, bike rentals, the fun zone, all within a five minute walk. The house is right on the boardwalk with a great patio area and comfortable seating for all of us to sit and watch all of the action. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. There were games and pickles available as well. Fantastic stay!
