Hot tub use: guests must agree to observe all safety guidelines: each person entering the tub be freshly showered.Oils, lotions and sand will ruin water, necessitating a drain; the cost of a drain is $75.

Guests have garage access and can park one vehicle inside. 4 Beach chairs available in garage. Max of 4 vehicles with 1 parked in the garage.

**Well behaved dogs 35 pounds or less with a non-refundable pet fee of $60 per dog (max 2) Any loud or disruptive animals will be asked to vacate. All waste must be picked up immediately, bagged and disposed of properly.

In the unusual and rare even the spa is not usable, a 8% credit will be issued for nights effected.

Port Aransas Family Haven

We loved our stay and Erinn was a delightful, prompt, helpful host. There were 7 adults, one teen, and four kiddos in our party. It was perfect for aour extended family to stay together, but having a separate space for the two year old to sleep. It was very cleanly and the kitchen upstairs worked perfect for all of us to enjoy meals together. We will definitely be working with Erinn again!

Great stay

Communication with owner was easy and she made sure we were happy with the property. House had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome and the pool was refreshing!! We rented both units and had plenty of room for our group. Both units had great A/C which is always a concern for us. The outside areas had plenty of room for the kids and seating area for adults. If you want a place that the owner actually cares about your stay, then you need to book with Erinn. She has already sent me some other properties that they have added for future visits!!! 10 out of 10

We had a great time at this property. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a great time, host made the process smooth and easy. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for our crew. The bunk room shows that there is an additional double bed in the same room, so we were planning on sleeping more kids in that room. We had to shuffle around and make other arrangements. Host said she would look at it and try to fix it so future renters don’t think the same thing. Overall, it was a great place and we had a fantastic time!

I want to thank you for an overall good review but also respond about the bed configuration in the bunk room. We have not made any changes to that room, it's always had one full size bed with a twin above it. Your feedback is making me consider adding another bed, though if that's what people are looking for I will strive to provide it. All was wonderful except had a little trouble with parking. When they say don't park in the street, they mean it! You have to have vehicles leaving first the next morning in the driveway in order to get out first. Please follow the rules on parking vehicles.

Our family of 12 vacationed in Port A June 12-19. Our family ranged in age from 2 - 67 and this property accommodated all. We rented the main house and downstairs studio. Our host, Erin was very personable and responded very quickly to any questions. The house was well stocked with everything you need for your stay! Would definitely recommend this property for families and large groups! Thank you Erin!

My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager.

As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.
