PRIVATE PENTHOUSE W/ TERRACE!!

This Penthouse apartment is just a 15-20 min walk from the Historical District and 8 minutes from the city center. We have a full market one block away, Mercado 12 de Abril. Super close to restaurants, stores, and the city.

There are four huge bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably, so everyone can feel at home. Should you have more people in your party, we could discuss and see what we can arrange. Two full bathrooms with rain spa showers. The gourmet kitchen features gorgeous granite, 7 burner stove and oven, microwave and large fridge with filtered water and ice in the door. The kitchen is equipped with all of the dinnerware, cookware, silverware and barware you will need, plus small appliances. The penthouse balcony features outdoor modern patio furniture with clear pergola roofing to be able to receive sunlight and cover from the rain. Globe patio string lights provide ambiance lighting while watching the night skyline and mountain range.

We have round the clock security cameras running. Camera monitors are in the kitchen for your peace of mind.

EVERYTHING is brand new. Newly built construction apartment building near EVERYTHING! Netflix and WiFi included.

Great place to stay in Cuenca

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Cuenca, especially if you have a large group. The property is clean and beautiful, with a wonderful terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy the birds that come to visit.The host is amazing and so is the property manager , and they make sure your stay is comfortable. Walking distance to the bus and o my about a mile to city center (walking)Would def stay there again
