Für 2 Personen super geräumig

Wir wurden von Marta mit port. Gebäck sehr nett empfangen. Da wir zwei Frauen waren, hatte sie uns auch gleich 2 Schlafzimmer zurecht gemacht, was super nett war. In der Küche war nicht Alles vorhanden, aber das ändert nichts an unserer sehr positiven Gesamtbewertung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, weil man weg vom Hotelrummel in Funchal, aber trotzdem nicht weit weg von Allem war.

Hübsches Appartment in guter Ausgangslage

Wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt hier. Marta war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit Marta war bestens. - Das Appartment bietet alles was man braucht - auch wenn man sich selbst versorgen will. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick über das Meer. Das Appartment liegt in einem Wohngebiet etwas oberhalb vom Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in nächster Umgebung. Wer Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen will, der fährt mit Camara de Lobos gut, denn von hier aus lassen sich viele Ziele schnell erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in dieser Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Sie ließ keine Wünsche offen.Vermieterin Marta empfing uns mitten In der Nacht freundlich und warmherzig.Wir haben den gesamten Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht genossen!

Helle Wohnung mit Weitblick

Marta ist eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin, die sich freundlich und zurückhaltend um unsere Belange gekümmert hat. Da die Ferienwohnung für mehr Personen gedacht ist, hatten wir zu zweit natürlich entsprechend viel Platz. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem ganz normalen Wohngebiet, so dass man keinem touristischen Rummel ausgesetzt ist. Restaurants oder Cafes gibt es dort dann auch nicht wirklich, es geht steil bergab oder bergan, wenn man zu Fuß etwas erreichen möchte. Mit unserem Mietwagen waren wir aber unabhängig, Parkplatz findet man immer direkt in der Nähe. Das Plus der Wohnung ist der Blick aus dem 2. Stock übers Meer und die Bucht von Camara de Lobos. Außerdem ist diese Aussicht Richtung Osten, so dass man morgens in der Sonne frühstücken kann. Wer Rückenprobleme hat, wird auf der harten Matratze Schwierigkeiten bekommen, ansonsten bietet die Wohnung ein solides Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine gute Ausgangslage, um die wahrhaft schöne Insel zu erkunden.

Spannender Urlaub; super Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel; liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Wir sind (zu vieret) in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Martha ganz lieb mit Madeirawein und "Bolo de mel", einem heimischen Kuchen empfangen worden. Alles war schön hergerichtet, sehr sauber und attraktiv. Drumrum kein Tourirummel, sondern ein normales Wohnappartement mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und die Ausläufer von Funchal. Ein Lift ist vorhanden um Gepäck und Einkäufe in den zweiten Stock zu bringen. Die Lage für die Erkundung der Insel zentral (Funchal mit dem Auto 10 Minuten) und das Cabo Girao um die Ecke (Sonnenuntergang im Cafe oben in 10 Minuten zu erreichen). Allerdings hatten wir einen Mietwagen, so dass wir sehr flexibel waren, aber auch die Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Haustür und Madeira auch per Bus gut zu erkunden. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles geschmackvoll und liebevoll gestaltet. Camara de Lobos mit seinem kleinen Hafen ist ein hübscher Ort zum Bummeln und draußen sitzen. Einige schöne Lokale und unsere "Stammbar" mit einer guten "Nikita" luden zum Aufenthalt ein. Martha hat alles gut erklärt und auch Hinweise für Einkauf und Essen gegeben. Die Wohnungsabnahme mit Schlüsselrückgabe hat gut geklappt und die Kaution wurde gleich zurückbezahlt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese schöne Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Blick aufs Meer super, und es war immer sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir kommen gern wieder, das nächste Mal mehr zum Wandern, da wir nun vieles gesehen haben. Cozy accommodation in Camara de Lobos with super few

We had been on Madeira in Camara de Lobos in the middle of March. The flat from Marta Abreu is good appointed - 3 sleeping-rooms, 2 bathroom, a kitchen and a living-room with dining-corner. The kitchen has all, what’s needed. The few from living-room and one sleeping-room is fantastic over the sea. The apartment lays in a quiet area of Camara de Lobos. From the apartment we could reach the middle of town with good restaurants and the harbour by feet in 15-20 min., down is very easy – up the hill needs a little breath. The location is a good starting point for tours all over the island. Marta is a wonderful landlady, credible in all things, always reachable and very friendly. With good conscience we can recommend Marta and her apartment. Many thanks to Marta!

Awesome spot in an authentic little fishing town

Martha was a fantastic host and her apartment is super cozy. The view from the place is spectacular. The walk down to the center is a little bit steep but after a day or two it's not even difficult. I actually found all of the hill walking to be quiet enjoyable. The Village itself is quaint and super local with not even a hint of cheesy tourist-oriented facilities. If you're looking for something low-key and enjoyable I highly recommend it. The flat is a little bit away from the town but within an easy 10-minute walk you're in the middle of the village. Probably not the best place for older people or people with young kids but if you don't mind a bit of exercise getting around it's fantastic!
