Het verblijf in een buitenwijk van Perpignan was redelijk aangenaam. De tochten naar Perpignan en omgeving (Béziers, Sète, Prades, Cillioure) waren interessant in alle richtingen, ondanks de 10-20 minuten die het kostte om die tochten te beginnen

Il manquait une housse de couette pour le lit de 2 personnes, un grille pain et le clic clac est davantage adapté pour un enfant ou un ado'escent plutôt qu'un adulte car un peu juste en longueur. Néanmoins bonne appréciation de cette location.
